Comfy beds and nice location. Animals around.

Three bungalows fronting the sea and two in the garden. Bungalows nice and clean and very comfortable beds. Parking just outside. Include breakfast which you can have in front of sea. Owner has a section beside bungalow with different animals. I also noticed some guest bring dogs.

Beyond excellent service. Our GPS took us off course and owner, Tim, came to rescue us and lead us to the property in the middle of the night. That kind of service is above and beyond the call of duty. Delicious breakfast and bungalow was literally on the beautiful beach. Would be an great place to spend a week or two.

Ensamt läge, perfekt vid bra och lång strand. Tyvärr många daggäster i de gratis solstolarna på stranden, vilket störde lugnet och skapade brist på solstolar. Maten ok men ej prisvärd. Stället är i behov av att renoveras. Personalen ytterst vänlig och servicevillig.

När vi bokade hotellet stod det att det skulle vara ett lyxrum, det stämde inte. Men vi fick rummet städat vid de tillfällena som vi sa till och två vatten när vi bad om det, två flaskor per dag. Frukosten var god men vi blev inte mätta och vill vi ha påtår på kaffet eller ett halvt glas juice kostade det extra.

Laat ik beginnen met te melden dat we haast 48u regen hadden. Dat beïnvloedt deze beoordeling / ervaring. De strand-kamer en het resort heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Het regende binnen in onze kamer. We kregen een andere kamer. Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Kapotte vloerplanken. Lawaai makende koelkast. Geen tv. Slecht internet in onze kamer. Wel goed internet bij receptie. Een gemoedelijke sfeer. Vriendelijk personeel en eigenaar. Prima keuken. Mooie locatie. Te duur in verhouding met comfort. Soort backpacker hotel / resort.

Attention escroc,n’y venez pas avec votre enfant !

Réservation payée pour 3 mais à l’arrivee, un seul lit pour 2  «  il n’y a pas de lit supplémentaire, il faut se serer à trois ou payer un supplément », pour un matelas de camping par terre.Escroqueries ! Chambre au départ à 58€ pour finir à 70€. A ce prix vous avez de très beau resort mais pas là : On nous dit hôtel complet mais à part nous un seul autre couple présent. Service repas nul, incompétent et très long. Personnel ne parle pas anglais ou très mal. Point positif, cadre naturel magnifique mais comme ailleurs en Thaïlande.

A wonderful relaxed break, directly on the beach. The best place for a quiet relaxing holiday. We stayed in the beachfront bungalow, B1. a great little room, the positioning straight on the beach was absolutely perfect.The pictures that you see of the beach and the room are exactly what you get. It is the ideal place to unwind, read, walk on the beach, play in the sea and de-stress. The restaurant is great and provides a wide variety of food and drinks at a good price and great quality. If you enjoy a beach walk, there are also some other resorts, bars and restaurants along the beach, not too many, but a few in case you fancy, especially north. We enjoyed walking to and exploring these. We didn't have our own transport this time, so for longer trips we organised a driver, but we also enjoyed walking around. For future visits, we will likely arrange our own transport, to give us more flexibility and ability to explore further. Definitely we will return. Mumsa is highly recommended if you want a relaxing, quiet, break where you really can rest, chill out and unwind with real peace and tranquility of a great beach.

Das beste, war die direkte Lage am sauberen Strand

Hatten ein Zimmer mit 36 qm gebucht, erhalten hatten wir jedoch ein Zimmer mit höchsten 20 qm (wurde inzwischen vom Besitzer auf 30 qm heruntergesetzt). Der Boden war so uneben, daß man an Anfang "Seekrank" wurde. Nach Beschwerde erhielten wir dann für die ersten 3 Tage ein gößerer Bungalow. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ( auch Bugalow) ist sehr schlecht, kein Schrank, oder Bügel zum etwas hinhängen etc. Zimmerservice gibt es auch nicht, Klopapier oder Handtücher nur auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Auch wurden nie die Terasse ein bißchen gereinigt. Das gleiche auch für die Liegen am Strand, wo vielleicht nach 3 Tagen der Abfall mal entfernt wurde. Die Liegen am Strand usw. sind alle in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand. Wurden nie gefragt ob wir etwas bräuchten etc. Der Besitzer erklärte nur, daß das Personal so schlecht sei, jedoch mal selber nach dem rechten zu schauen, war dann wahrscheinlich auch zu viel Arbeit. Insgesamt hat mich das Hotel an meine "Backpacker" zeiten vor 20 Jahren erinnert, jedoch waren die Preise damals 80 % günstiger.

Peaceful resort with great food

Could not have been better. Mumsa was the beach hideaway we came to Thailand in search of. Unlike much of Thailand, Mumsa was intimate and quiet, offering a respite from the hectic city and island life. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful and relaxed. The beach is pristine and private, great for lounging, reading in a hammock, swimming and paddle boarding. But the cherry on top was the food! Every meal we had was delicious and fresh. In short, I cannot say enough good things about Mumsa.
