Location was beautiful. Across the road from the beach and the grounds of the resort were impeccable. The room was spotless and roomy and Eve worked. The morning buffet breakfast was perfect. Staff were very courteous. I would highly recommend this place. Also ngteat value.

At the beach!! A lot of deckchairs and chairs with thick cushions. There is a lot of green and the area is very spacious. We stayed at a lot of resorts but this one is the best by far. So we checked in for the second time and experienced the same positive vibe.

It's a good hotel. The location is superb, right on the beach. Nice pools, lots of sun beds. Breakfast is good, selection of food is rather modest but enough. Bed was comfortable. We liked mostly everything but the WiFi is absolutely terrible. It just didn't work which was utterly frustrating. Also gym is tiny, I was mostly by myself early in the morning, but if a few people decide to use it at the same time there will be an issue. Water pressure in shower is weak but bearable.

I cannot rate this resorts staff highly enough. Amazing does not cover it .This is a great and safe place for a family vacation. It can be a little noisey around the pool for us mature folk, but then just go sit on the beach as the staff will bring drinks over. 🍹👍

Great for kids!

I have not been traveling too much, and therefore I am not sure if I am the right person to right this review, but honestly, for our family, this place simply felt like a piece of paradise on earth! It was so much better that we anticipated and it worked great with kids, having the restaurant just beside the pool and the beach. The apartment (villa) was HUGE and easily fit us all. The receptionists were extremely kind and helped us arranging vast of unforgettable tours, making it really easy for us and very comfortable! If you up for relaxing and adventuring with smaller kids, this is definitely worth a visit!

The resort was simple and outdated. We stayed in Room 32. The water pressure in the room was weak and the complimentary slippers ripped after just one day. Only one restaurant on site and the dining area is completely outdoors. We had to be careful of insects and birds getting near our food. However, the staff was friendly.

What a wonderful find, and a very lovely beach town. Dolphin Bay resort was one of the cleanest hotels I have found anywhere, it was at the five star level of clean. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, and it’s layout and swimming pool are fabulous. Food in the dining room was great for breakfast and dinner and I would not hesitate to book again.

This is a great resort for families as there are lots of activities for kids: playground, pool, slides, large green space and the beach. Great that they have a water refill station for use so less plastic bottles needed.
