7.4/10 Good! (2,211 reviews)
They need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms the floors were dirty and disgusting. Random stains on the walls and curtains. Flying bugs squeezing through the cracks of the windows as well. I feel they don’t take their time when cleaning after guests and that’s very disappointing.

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were most helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location for attending an event at Benaroya Hall.

The total lack of adequate hook up for technology. The phone rang busy for all departments for 1+ hours.
