Excellent stay! The hotel was decorated elegantly for the holidays and I was offered a room upgrade due to an issue with the kiosk saying the room was not ready even though it was after 3 pm which is check in time. Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center
Room was spotless, everyone was super great. No breakfast or microwave was a setback and the parking fee boosted the rate up. The shuttle was extremely handy. But, the hotel was super nice.
