The pictures are AI generated pictures, it doesn't look like 1% of what is shown in the picture, As per attendant the hotel is going under renovations, the key card was not working and someone has to assist us with the KEY to open and close the door whenever we comes and leave, not to mention the whole hotel smells like Indian food. The exterior is all messed up, even the name is gone, parking lot is not safe as well.

I booked my trip on 6/5/25 and arrived on my flight 7/4/25 for vacation. I booked a hotel for Holiday Inn. When I walked inside I was told the Holiday Inn no longer exist there and that they are Wyndham now. Well, they did not have a room for me but somebody has my money. I was told to contact IHG/Holiday Inn. They refused to refund my money for a hotel that does not exist anymore. I paid my money and I had to ride around in city that I am not familiar with to find a hotel. I road around for quite some time before I located one that had rooms available to accommodate the length of stay I need for myself and my family. So I had to pay money all over again because somebody has my money from a booking I already paid for but the business does not exist anymore.

Could've been so much better

I got an email after the "availability" to cancel saying that the restaurant was closed so there'd be no breakfast offered. They were remodeling in several areas. The pool and indoor spa were also closed. The floor I was on had a horrible smell in the hallway. The room itself was nice, but I gagged in the hallway.

Once arrived it was totally empty. Inside was nasty. Front desk agent were fine, rooms smelt like mold and weed. Hallways did as well. I felt unsafe so we left and checked in somewhere else.

We didn’t know til we got there that the indoor pool, restaurant and breakfast that we paid for ahead of time until we got there. They said it was posted online but that was not the case when we booked. An email would have been nice.

very disappointed -not true to online photos

We arrived at the hotel only to be disappointed that it looked nothing like the pictures. It was almost vacant and in a bad neighborhood. The inside looked old, holes in walls, restaurant closed, ice machine didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the hot water was excellant. The check in staff was courteous. So I can only give this hotel a star of 2.

Checked me into a room that was already occupied.

Checked us into a room a guest was already sleeping in. Had to go to front desk 3x from 6th floor with luggage in tow because my key wouldn’t work. Front desk attendant came up with master key only to find another guest was sleeping in the room. Ceiling in lobby is falling and tiles are coming up. I went to grab a hand towel In restroom and whole rack fell off the wall. Shower knob just spins. At one time probably a nice hotel…not so much now.
