Just **10 miles from William P. Hobby Airport (HOU)**, it’s a quick 20-minute drive to Houston’s Museum District, Hermann Park, and vibrant local dining.

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.

**Important:**
Expect foliage around pool, property is surrounded by trees, pool is cleaned weekly.

Required Next Steps: After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete identity verification. This step is required and must be completed before your stay.
You will also be required to choose between two damage protection options: either pay a $500 refundable damage waiver or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
No Smoking: Only outside, and you must clean after yourself.
