Absolutely Terrible, the owner did not respond to messages after I tried to contact the property about 15 times because I did not get a check in code. I tried calling and it said “we changed our number please call …” so I called that number and it’s not in use. So we get to the property in hopes to find the owner there, nothing. House looks terrible and is badly maintained. We had to ask another guest to help us out, he was nice but the owner still did not show up. So we get to our room, the house looks just as bad inside as it did outside, there are long term residents there and it feels more like a normal house with one free room rather than a proper hostel. Our room had no light because it broke, there were roaches on the floor, the floor was half broken in one corner and the AC leaked all over the floor. There was trash under the bed and there were no sheets. We had to ask the guest again to help us out. It smelled terrible and the sheets were dirty. We couldn’t lock our door not from outside or the inside so we had to stack out suitcases against the door to have a little safety. The area that the hostel is in is “the ghetto”, that’s what one of the neighbors said, daily shootings and super dangerous. He said especially for young women it’s very dangerous. It did not feel safe to walk there even in day light. Please spare yourself a headache and invest $10 more and get a proper place, absolutely do not recommend, stay far away from here.

This is an illegal unpermitted, unlicensed business with absolutely zero amenities beyond a cheap bed and shelter. It is in an old delapidated home.n a high, poverty high crime neighbourhood. I reached there on my booking date and someone else was already in my room claiming that they have booking for the same room. So basically my room had double booking so i couldn't stay there. I tried to contact management or customer service but no one was accessible. I had to book another hotel and stay there. I have now applied for refund, which i hope i get 100 back..

I didnt even get the cide to get in. App was down. Staff wasn't helpful. I never received a message back explaining how I can get registered. They basically took my money and left me with no where to sleep. I need my money back please!!
