You will be welcomed with the Scandinavian design that consists of clean lines, minimalism, and a lack of clutter, which can be very appealing visually. The clean warm design focuses on sharp contrasts, whites, and natural colors. Airy spaces filled with light, Wood furniture, and white oak accents.
Guests will use a driveway that leads them back to the garage and entrance to this lovely tiny home.
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below.
2. Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request (50 USD). Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
3. Each Trash violation occurrence is $75. (Trash violations occur when you leave trash outside designated pickup timings and dates)
4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
5. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
8. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
9. Noise-detecting technology may be used inside the suit to monitor excessive noise levels.
10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to the Host.
11. All guests must submit a valid government-issued ID during our check-in process to verify their identity.
12. Guests consent to have the office maintenance enter the unit to perform routine/urgent maintenance.
13. Guests do not have access to the USPS mailbox by law.
14. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
