There was blood on the sheets and the hotel has bed bugs. Upon speaking to the man at the front desk he tells us what did we expect and we will not be getting our money back

Website does not match description. Entire building reeked of cigarettes smell. Stains on wall and ceiling. Toilet did not flush. Overall bad. Waiting for my refund as front desk accepted to refund all expenses back.

Hotel indecent A fermer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .
Cet hotel date d'une autre époque est a raser ou reconstruire en ne gardant que les murs porteurs.Hotel vétuste.A mon arrivé je constate le parking délabré sans portail pour le cloturer ainsi que des véhicules avec des vitres cassées ce qui est peut rassurant pour mon véhicule de location,donc inquiétude malgré qu'a la fin de mon séjour il ne soit rien arrivé a mon auto,la piscine dans un état comme jamais je n"ai vu,vraiment sale on s demande ce qu'il y a dedant en dehors des cannnettes qui y flottent.La chambre:apparence correct avec le prix...sauf que une taxe de37,66 euros et appliqué donc prix menssonger!.Ma fameuse chambre ou j'y ai croisé chaque jour une 10aines de blattes de la taille d'un tiers de mon pousse mais moin épaissent que ce soit dans ou sur mes bagages saints!,dans mon lit! dans lequel la derniére nuit j'ai failli ne pas entrer et y dormir et je me suis résolu a y dormir dans sa largeur dan la partie pieds,la ou les inssects n'y avaient peut étre pas mi les pattes(ne pouvant dormir dans mon véhicule dont l"intérieur était trés sale également et malgré l"envie de me rendre a l'aeroport et d'attendre mon avion).Dés la premiére nuit je n"ai eu qu'une seule envie,quitter cette ville!.Je redormirais dans cet hotel mais pour 1millions de dollards pas en dessous et sinon jamais de la vie!!!!!! .PS:les draps parraissent propres puisque lavé!mais d"une finesse!peut étre trop lavé?avec une eau trops chaude?malgré une étiquette qui parait neuve,incompréhensible!.

The staff wasn’t very nice the 4 days of my stay I didn’t get room service there was roches on the fridge the sheets were stained

This place is a total and complete rip off. Stay far far far away from this place if possible at all. They have so many hidden fees for standard accommodations that it is insane, there are bugs all over the place and they placed me in a room with a wet floor that had obviously just had treatment completed possibly minutes before arrival. The lights were damaged and broken, in some cases the cables had been cut. Furniture damaged and filthy, sheets had burn holes in them, smoke detectors ripped out (which is probably why they STOLE my $40 “damage deposit”) the only good thing about this place was the one manager who helped find a room suitable at least to take a nap in. The mini fridge was filthy, remote was damaged and missing components, toilets moved if you sat on them. The carpets were a freaking mess, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Hotel needs to be condemned
We’ll to start everything they said they stand for online is a lie the building needs to be condemned it’s filthy ; roach ridden , homeless sleeping at the entrance to office smoking pot ( marijuana) the grounds of the hotel is covered with trash blowing in the wind the lobby doors open 24 hours a day wind blowing trash , grass, leaves etc into the lobby, the elevator the only one out of two that works is filthy with trash and pot roaches ( marijuana butts) on elevator deck, no service I never saw a cleaning service cart. No fresh towels etc. The room was filthy with food debris on floor behind furniture, pills on and under furniture, the shower head coming out of the wall was just barely hanging, the carpet in the hallways looked like a crime scene. I could go on and on. I worked in the hotel industry for a long time stayed at a lot of places everything they said to describe their hotel about having services in rooms for meetings, etc. was all a lie everything that they described was a complete lie. I am surprised that the fire marshal and the health department have not close this building down. They ask for a $40 cleaning deposit I mean what good with that dude they could keep it and see you trashed the room but the room is already trashed. Then again the Proprietors Dr., Alfa,, Romeo’s Mercedes and Can-Am motorcycles, but the hotel is a ghetto.

Really bad service, I had a reservation confirm but when I arrived to the property they simply communicated that all rooms were taken and there is nothing the can do. So even with a confirm reservation does not guarantee your stay. Great service 😒

Nothing to like. Indoor Air conditioner was not cooling properly, temp didn't go below 80 degree, ceiling fan run but barely feel the air flow. Bed sheets and comforter were dirty and had burn holes and notified the maintenance guy at the time of check in. Small and medium size bugs were present. Took photos and video.

When I first arrived at the property, the parking lot was filthy, that was a pool on the side that was filled with dirty green water, the lobby had a horrible smell…I couldn’t stay at this property and wouldn’t recommend it…

Why did they want a deposit for a room where nothing works or things are already broken tv do not work the phone that in the room doesn’t even have a cord hooked up to it the tv do not work it’s roaches crawling everywhere there’s a small round table in the room that is broken the door you have to slam shut missing light bulbs. Like this place is completely horrible and they are asking for a $40 deposit on top that like that’s crazy
