シャトルサービス時間制限あり
coivdのため、サービスに制限があります。朝食なし。空港シャトルサービスに時間制限が6:00から9:30、18:00から23:00に変更になっています。サイトにまだ記載がないので、予約の際に注意が必要です。一方、部屋はきれいでした。

２部屋取りましたが、２部屋共に部屋が臭い。部屋は鍵が閉まらない。かなり強く押さないとドアが閉まりません。ルームフォンも案内表記がない。もう一部屋は電話機すらない。 ジムもランドリーも故障中。 空港に近いという理由で、1泊。 二度と泊まらない。

空港に近い
ラマダホテルのなかでもランクは低い。古い。部屋のメンテナンスができていない。テレビが映らなかったので、3回も修理を頼んだのに修理に来ないのでルームチェンジさせた。頼んでも直ぐに対処しないのが問題。その他、冷蔵庫、レンジが作動しない状態だった。電球が切れていた。部屋は古いが清潔。空港まで10数分。

ヒューストン空港から近い
ヒューストン空港でのトランジットのため宿泊。 空港から無料送迎してもらえますが、空港到着後に電話での連絡が必要です。 空港から車で10分ほどの距離で白い大きなワゴンで迎えにきてくれます。 ホテルのフロントは気さくな人が対応してくれました。カードキーが反応せず困りましたが直ぐに対応してくれました。 部屋は日本人の感覚からすると広くて良いです。 ホテルの目の前に24時間空いているファミリーレストランがあるので夜の到着でも食事に困りませんでした。部屋にミネラルウォーターはないので1階の自動販売機で買う必要があります。1ドル紙幣が必要なようでした。 バスルームのシャワーは問題なく使えます。 朝食はシリアル、たくさんの種類のパン、フルーツ、シチュー、エッグ、ベーコン、パンケーキなどがありました。シチューが美味しかったです。 朝の空港までの送迎は5時から30分間隔で行なっているとのことでした。私は9時に出発したかったので10分ほど前に車に向かうと他のお客さんがいなかったからかすぐに出発となりました。10分ほどで空港まで着いたので非常に便利でした。

They didn't have door keys. Eveytime I had to access my room door I had to go to front desk. Ans some one from front desk would come and open the door. What about my privacy??.?

Pros: Quick, convenient property to the airport. The room was clean. Not expensive. Free and plentiful parking. Cons: I had a very, very hard time communicating with the front desk person on the phone (I had a good cell connection, just the person on the other line was mumbling horribly and sounded barely lucid, like they were on drugs possibly; it wasn't an accent issue), some people down the hallway kept slamming the door repeatedly during the night waking us up, and the landscaping around the property was mostly dead and the exterior of the hotel appeared to be damaged in places and in bad shape. Oh well, you get what you pay for. We only needed to be close to the airport for an early flight for one night.

There was not housekeeping, you had to bring you dirty towels to them and they counted them to make sure of how many you returned. We had to put trash outside the door if we wanted trash pick up. They said due to Covid, this happed in April 2024! We had a room for 4 nights with no one coming to our room!

I stayed a month at property and they didn’t clean my room 9 times. It smelled like pot by the conference room that was not used many times. The people that worked there were kids (looked 17). The front desk didn’t care at all my room didn’t get cleaned when I complained, they just said they have only one cleaning person. The manager never called me back after I majorly complained. Breakfast was not served one morning. Power went out once, keys to room didn’t work once a week. Pool was closed without warning half way into my stay. I will never recommend Ramada and will go to social media about this. I have pictures to prove.

Me dieron un cuarto que no era, yo había rentado el único cuarto con Jacuzzi. Verifican el cuarto no tenían cortinas las ventanas y hubo q esperar mantenimiento las pusiera. Ya después al llegar la noche me fijo q se está haciendo un charco de agua en el piso por uno de los lava manos estaba liqueando por debajo aparte estaba caido el mármol. Faltaba toallas y pocos empleados. Se que podrían mejorar y así ofrecer todo los servicios que ofrecen disponibles.

Property was close to the Airport which was good but on main road which was noisy. They offered a free shuttle service from Airport to Hotel which we booked but it didnt come... apparently shuttle driver didnt show up for work. Left us stranded so we had to pay for a taxi. Not happy. Have emailed the Hotel to complain about their lack of service but no response from them as yet. I contacted Expedia who contacted Hotel re shuttle and they virtually said i was lying that the shuttle did turn up but couldn't find us. Funny that their shuttle was parked at the Hotel when our taxi arrived so it couldn't have been looking for us. RAMADA would not refund my taxi fare. Dont stay at this Hotel the staff i encountered were no help and the Ramada brand is not what it used to be. Its been 6 days and i still have not heard from Ramada directly only through Expedia. Therecare much nicer looking hotels near this one so choose them instead.

Worst experience of my life. We pulled up and the sign wasnt evening working and it was messed up. We checked in and the Hispanic guy around 19-22 probably was very unprofessional. The seats in lobby was stained and dirty. The sign said no smoking and towel cannot be stained. We then got back in our car and proceeded to our room. The gate was broken so anyone can go up to your car and break in and then we wnter the building from the side and it smells like weed smh. We went to the room and it was super dirty with stains on the sheet and on the curtains and the room door was broken from The inside. We immediately called and ask for a refund and the guy said okay and we gave back the key and he was super disrespectful and im pretty sure he was sales weed because a guy came and said he owed him some change and kept looking at us. This is the worst hotel and should be torn down immediately. Health department and city should investigate and look i to this because its was very bad. Amd for them to have a guy that dont care in front counter just being rude is more embarrassing. This place should be closed down. And they still didnt give me my money back and now said they wont give it back. Please dont go we flew from California to this palce you will regret it i promise you

There are two hotels with the near same name which made it very confusing. Also the hotel was very old with need for some TLC. Bed was not comfortable. Would not recommend.

Dilapidated. Completely run down and awful. The hot water just stopped at random times. The floor is like walking in a funhouse, the tiles in our room were all cracked due to buckling in the floor, the ceiling was also buckling, the gym is all broken down, the fridge looked like it was recovered from a dump. The electrical outlets were too close to the hair dryer in our room which had previously melted the cord on the dryer but the hotel had not repaired or corrected the issue, making a future electrical fire likely. I know a bit about Reno’s and fire code.No way this place has been inspected properly in the last 5years. I’m not saying this to be mean, but it’s all true and I honestly feared for our safety seeing how openly bad things were knowing there were probably worse things we weren’t even seeing.

Comfortable Bed and Nothing Else Good
We were stuck in Houston due to an ice storm and this was not our first choice, but selection near the airport was limited. Everything from the moment we walked in said cheap. Staff was friendly, but you could tell that they were doing bare minimum. The room was good sized. The walls had areas where you could tell that it was scrubbed because the paint didn’t match. The knob that the door latch would hook into was broken off. The bathroom was small and the sink was in the main room. The bed itself was comfortable and clean. We never saw the airport shuttle. I called 5 times without an answer to try to get it to the hotel. We ended up having to take an Uber. We reserved the 6:30 AM to get back to the airport and along with several others waited until 7:00 before giving up and calling Uber again. Regarding the shuttle back to the airport, the front desk said that there was a problem with ice on bridges so everything was slow, but the Uber got us to the airport in 5 minutes and there was little to no traffic. If all you need to do is sleep and turn around like us, then it is ok. If you have other options, then take them.
