    Make unforgettable memories at a unique light and bright new built family friendly home, nestled in a quite street, a one story home with an open and inviting gathering area.
    Gourmet kitchen W/ granite countertop space and breakfast nook. Split plan with privacy in mind for master bedroom & decorated to make our guests feel home away from home in the lovely Sunterra Community a 3.5-acre Crystal Blue Lagoon coming soon. No parties No smoking or Vaping allowed inside.
    The space
    Four bedrooms & two full bathrooms, built in 2023 and furnished with our guests in mind, two car garage and a spacious backyard with a grill for your family BBQ and fully fenced for your kids to play safely. Designated smoking area in the front, no smoking or vaping inside the house, large work space.

    No parties or events, no smoking or Vaping inside, no trespassing to neighbors properties or blocking neighbors drive way.

They have everything for anyone staying! Playpen, high chairs, kid plates and kid spoons, pots pans dishes, bottle openers, laundry soap, dishwasher soap , vacuum, towels, laundry baskets, toys for kids , it was such a great experience and would definitely book again!

Everything you could need for kids, overall great house/neighborhood but lacked cleanliness. Host was very responsive but I had to reach out to check in and for the code to get in.

Family friendly

Our stay was absolutely comfortable and relaxing. The space was clean, spacious, and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything was just as described, and we felt right at home. I’ll definitely book again

Perfect

Over all the house was really nice and was great for what we came in for a wedding. It was only 7 mins from the venue. Other than that it is not near any restaurants or stores.

I was disappointed with this stay.I did not receive the front door code before arrival. I never received a welcome email or check-in instructions. When I arrived, I had almost no cell service. I had to call VRBO with 2% battery just to get access to the home. Because of the poor signal, it was stressful trying to answer security questions while my phone was about to die. I stood outside for about 45 minutes before I could finally get in.When I entered the home, it was hot and humid. The AC was not on. I had to turn it on myself and wait for the house to cool down. After a long check-in issue, this made it worse.The home needs updates:•The couches are worn and have visible tears. Sent a photo to the host as soon as I got in and no responses•The area rug is lifted on the edges and could be a trip hazard.•The walls need fresh paint.•The iron and ironing board are burned and did not feel safe to use.•There was no outdoor furniture in the backyard, which made the space feel uninviting.•There was no Keurig machine. The small drip coffee maker only makes one cup and takes 10 to 15 minutes to brew. I ended up buying my own coffee maker.Overall, this stay did not meet expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and the stressful check-in experience. With better preparation and some basic updates, this property could provide a much better guest experience.
