Considering it's a budget motel, surprisingly the room itself was clean and great channels to watch on TV. HOWEVER, I would recommend not being put in the back where folks hanging out, smoking marijuana. If you're on a budget and need a decent place to stay I recommend.

North Villa 1st Trip

Good motel. Check In was fairly quick. The rooms were clean. The staff respected my privacy for the week while I was there. The only issue I had was with the woman who was working the desk the morning I checked out. You would think that after being there for a week, with no issues, that she would have at least appreciated me enough as a customer, to allow me to check out at 12 instead of 11, but she flat out refused. Overall I’d definitely stay here again tho

The room itself was nice looked like it may have been slightly remodeled Cozy bed .. had a table and chair ... Updated nice TV with satellite 📡 Strong WiFi only the HEAT did not work Problem is the unruly inconsiderate guests that appear to LIVE here. I won't get into details but their ruckus shouldn't be tolerated. My key card had me locked out in the morning for a bit ..but the staff is cool.. Overall I liked the room I would say request a room towards front of the property.

Front desk lady is super nice and friendly. There to help. Inside the rooms are pretty renewed except the bathtub. Clean comfortable bed, nice TV. No roaches was a great thing. What I dislike is the outside appearance. Definitely needs to be remodeled soon. Pretty hard to invite someone on a trip here because of outside appearance. Also the Wi-Fi wasn't working. The swimming pool however was clean even tho I didn't utilize it .. The price thru Expedia was really budget friendly to make it worthwhile. I will visit again. Thank You.

I had a very bad experience went to check-in there as no reservation for me? Then, we were put into one room. It was full of roots. The second room was flooded out after that, we just asked for a deposit.

I wouldn't advise staying here !!!! They refused my booking and ruined my experience because I asked them to accommodate me with Clean ,functional rooms inwhich I paid for in full !!!! Yes . That's a problem at the Luxury Inn. I wouldn't recommend unless you like dirty .

This is a low budget hotel understandably not in very good condition, unfortunately the guest that inhabit this hotel are low life people with problems felt very unsafe i had to call cops for neighbors holding a gun and knockinon door

I wouldn’t say there is just 30 but due to previous situation due to the storm that happened down here a lot of unappreciated people stayed and destroyed. The property is taking a grave where it’s mold and broken doors and etc. but it’s not just a rebound place instead is very nice and patient could be noisy.at time but it’s durable

I paid $65 for a two bed room in the room had wires sticking out of the lights the phone was never hooked up so you couldn't call to the office they have roaches the cleaning staff was lazy would not recommend for anyone to stay very disgusting very disorganized it smells like urine every time you walk down the staircase the $65 nothing works no trash cans in the room tub filthy toilet filthy towels stained and nasty bed sheets barely clean horrible worst $65 ever spent on a room
