This spacious rental is equipped with its own private elevator and hot tub on the balcony with downtown views for ultimate relaxation. Located in the heart of Houston just a few blocks away from Midtown and a few minutes away from Downtown, Eado, Medical Center, Galleria and other popular areas of Houston. Enjoy the space for a relaxing weekend getaway, business meeting, long term stay or sporting event as you’re only 10 minutes away from Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center and BBVA stadium. You’re also only 15 minutes away from NRG Stadium.

You’ll be located in the heart of Houston near great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Several restaurants are within walking distance. A bike rental station is 2 blocks away and you’re a short drive, Uber or Lyft away from all that Houston has to offer.

Located in a very walkable area, surrounded by cafes, bakeries, shops, bars, and some of the best restaurants in the city. Small resort inside a city

My stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! If I ever stay in Huston again this location will be my first choice. The property was clean and equipped with everything that was needed. The beds are super comfortable and each room had its own bathroom. I love love love this property. Also our host was patient and willing to help with whatever was necessary. I’d recommend this property for anyone that love modern living and comfort.

Great Large House Conveniently Located

House was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Every bedroom had an en-suite bathroom, which was great for our party of 5 adults. Home is well outfitted with any kitchen and bathroom items you may need. Host was super-easy to work with. Neighborhood was safe and lots of good spots to eat nearby. Definitely recommend with 5 stars across the board. Will stay here again if our travels take us to Houston.

Gorgeous rooftop

This stay was so much fun. Tons of space, every room has its own bathroom. The beds are so comfortable and the showers and bathtub were luxurious. My absolute favorite part is the rooftop. it is honestly a million dollar view, with an amazing grill and hot tub. I am from Houston,I decided to rent this while my windows were getting fixed. Trust me when I say this is the best location in Montrose.

Large place

Nice place that had a lot of room including a garage to park your car and a great upper floor to hang out on. The property owner was very responsive when we were missing a couple of items and had someone bring them over the same day. The place is bright, airy, and open, but for those that may want more privacy, be aware that there are no curtains.

I celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday with her close friends and family and this house accommodated everyone perfectly! The host was extremely helpful and clear on instructions, if I had any questions I would call the owner and he answered every single call!! (At any time) The house was very clean, modern and spacious. I had catered food, drinks, masseuse, and a aesthetician and everyone fit comfortably in the living room area! Exceeded our expectations and will definitely book again! 10/10

Party house in poor condition.

Property was not clean and is run down. All windows do not have treatments and the property is on a busy street. Zero privacy. . This place is not family friendly and the neighborhood is sketchy. We had a solicitor ring the doorbell and then threaten us because we did not want to buy what he had. We did not feel safe as you can see directly into the home. Agent did nothing to help us find another place to stay. VRBO ended up putting us up in a hotel for the night and we checked into another house the following morning. I would not recommend this property or managing agent.

This place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. The host was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Rented home for wife’s 40th birthday 🎉

House was everything and then some, i planed a birthday weekend get away for my wife and 4 of her girlfriends! She said the second night they canceled going out and invited a few more friends to just stayed in to enjoy the 4th floor jacuzzi, and outdoor kitchen !

Weekend Getaway

The property was awesome! Upon arrival, the host met us at the property to show us around. He was very friendly and professional. It was very clean and had plenty of space! We enjoyed the rooftop patio as well! We were minutes away from the places we were visiting! We will definitely be staying here again!
