Electronic system that prints room keys was not functioning. Therefore. Each time I needed to go to my room, a Marriott employee had to escort me to unlock door,

No one who checked in this hotel after 1 o’clock has received the room key. We are being escorted to our rooms when we need to get in and out which is highly inconvenient. I don’t know what your recovery plan is but this is ridiculous.

The pros: It was in a nice area. The front desk service was excellent. The cons: It was very noisy. Paper thin walls. Also, the breakfast included option is a $50 non-refundable fee that is charged to your card and can only be used on breakfast food. So my husband and I literally had to order $50 worth of breakfast (which is A LOT for only 2 people). If I had to do it over again, I would save my money the next time and not pay upfront for the breakfast. If you do this you can use your $50 on any meal of the day or even room service. Just more flexibility all the way around.

My husband and I stayed here during a date night and really enjoyed our stay. We did not use the pool (outdoor) or gym (24/7 access) but our room was very nice. The facilities were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast, parking, and wifi are separate and extra charges.

Definitely not worth the price. While convenient to major employers and food, the service was lacking. I was put into an occupied room and walked in on someone. The second day, the staff forgot to book in my breakfast order for in room delivery and it was an hour late. Lastly, the meal was billed inaccurately and I had to call to correct it. While these mistakes happen, it shouldn’t happen when paying a premium price.

I stayed here a few years ago and it’s definitely gone downhill since then. Property was a lot less clean this recent stay and the staff are a lot less friendly. Guy who checked us in seemed bothered by having to check us in and just avoided eye contact with us the entire time and gave us very short answers. It was such a strange experience. Then we kept having someone trying to open our room door at different hours and our bathroom didn’t seem like it had been cleaned in a long time
