During my first stay at the Ylem, I was blown away by the aesthetics and the staff members. However, this time was VERY different, the staff was not so welcoming I had to get dressed in the bathroom because my room wasn't ready (mind you the bathroom was so humid and hot), after returning I was placed in a wet humid room with no door frames, no baseboards, no lamps, no water, it was very odd it seemed as if it had flooded. I asked the staff member before checkout and she explained they were remodeling; however, I feel that should be expressed before someone pays to stay because it was a terrible stay.
