As you step inside, you will be greeted by a spacious and bright living room with plenty of seating for everyone to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Utilize the open concept office/work area that is complete with a height adjustable desk. The entry area flows seamlessly to the living room with two huge windows. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal for your loved ones. Seating options are available at the kitchen island or in the dining room to accommodate everyone when it’s meal time. Or enjoy the beautiful, southern Texas weather in the private fenced backyard complete with gas grill, seating and plenty of green space for everyone to enjoy!

Just off the kitchen is the quaint master bedroom complete with a 12 inch memory foam king-sized mattress and 43" smart TV to enjoy your streaming services after a busy day! The primary bedroom also has a private bathroom. the main bathroom of the home is beautifully finished with white subway tile and a linen closet where you'll find towels, make-up removal towels, hair dryer and more.

The additional bedrooms are complete with a 12 inch memory foam queen-sized mattress, 40" smart TV, walk-in closet and more. The front bedroom lets light pour in from the southern facing windows, but also blocks out the light with room darkening curtains for a peaceful nights sleep. The other bedroom also has a private desk and chair.

Parking is no issue as you're more than welcome to use the two car attached garage or driveway. In the garage you'll also find a full-size washer and dryer for your laundry needs, in addition to an iron, ironing board, drying rack and more.

This house was very comfortable and functional for our adult family of 4 and 2 dogs. We liked the style of art, design and furnishings and as a family of artists this was a priority for us. It was also pretty close to everything we wanted to do.

Great open floor plan

The house was very open which was helpful for my husband who uses a walker. The location was great for us as it’s close to memorial city medical center. It’s close to a lot of great restaurants too. The outdoor area is great to relax or have an outdoor dinner. The master bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the other bedrooms so not sure about the beds in there. Overall a great stay.

Convenient, tidy place for my wife's surgery recovery

We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the surgery center, the house was comfortable and had the necessities. The street had very little traffic, so it turned out to be a great place for my wife's brief walks required ever 2 hours.I had to grab some food from a fantastic nearby Korean restaurant as this is the best place in Houston to get Korean food. I was not disappointed!
