Or enjoy the beautiful, southern Texas weather in the private fenced backyard complete with gas grill, seating and plenty of green space for everyone to enjoy!

Just off the kitchen is the quaint master bedroom complete with a 12 inch memory foam king-sized mattress and 43" smart TV to enjoy your streaming services after a busy day! The primary bedroom also has a private bathroom. the main bathroom of the home is beautifully finished with white subway tile and a linen closet where you'll find towels, make-up removal towels, hair dryer and more.

The additional bedrooms are complete with a 12 inch memory foam queen-sized mattress, 40" smart TV, walk-in closet and more. The front bedroom lets light pour in from the southern facing windows, but also blocks out the light with room darkening curtains for a peaceful nights sleep. The other bedroom also has a private desk and chair.

Parking is no issue as you're more than welcome to use the two car attached garage or driveway. In the garage you'll also find a full-size washer and dryer for your laundry needs, in addition to an iron, ironing board, drying rack and more.
