A table was not installed in the room. so, I could not use PC. I asked the front desk to bring a table at 3 pm. However, at 9 pm there was not a table in the room. I called again the front desk. Then someone brought a table. The towel in the bath was not replaced the next day.

The hotel has a lot of hidden fees and charges. $20 a day to eat at the hotel restaurant, that we did not eat at the entire trip. $60 a night for valet, and valet takes forever and sometimes was not even there. However, most of the valet staff was friendly and paid attention to details, and one of the valet staff was nice enough to comp one night since we returned to the hotel and they weren’t there, and we had to park our car across the street. There’s no pool in the facility, our room didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave. Upon checking into our room, there was no towels and we had to wait forever to get any. Online it advertises a store, however, there is not a store.

I have stayed at this property before and it was a spectacular. This visit has been shockingly poor. Heading to our room the hallways reeked of weed. Inside the room we found the toilet seat to be broken. We tried to call for room service but no one answered and no one called us back to get our order. For the cost of the room and valet, I expected much better service and environment.

At first, I was giving this establishment 5 stars. However, after the experience that I have had with this hotel staff, I can NOT consciously consider this place again. Misplacing my car fob, having a faulty steamer that could have been deadly, housekeeping taking almost a hour and then having a valet yell and be rude. Yeah, this was a very bad first experience. Spoiled our Mother's Day weekend. Honestly, before the valet yelled at me, I was giving 4 stars. It dropped to 1, which actually should be a zero when this valet smirked after the management asked him to not speak anymore. The only good things to say.....front desk and valet management were polite and timely.

Property is beautiful but customer service is mid. Asked for an iron and toothpaste and I had to call a couple times before they brung it and when they did the iron board was disgustingly dingy. I had to place a towel down before using it. But room was very clean and bed was very comfy. I personally had better experiences at Hilton properties so wasn’t impressed with their service.

I liked that the hotel was clean and has an elegant design. I did not like that there was not hot water, no a/c, only the fan option so it was hot the whole nights, and that there was no option to turn off the led lighting on the bed frames when it was time to sleep.
