・Location ダウンタウンと行きたかったSpace Centerの間に位置する当ホテルを利用。Space Centerまでバスで行くのであればEastwood TCという北東のバス乗り場を経由するのでそこまで利便性は感じなかった。 その他バス停までは近すぎず遠すぎず。周りにスーパーはあるが、あまり治安はよくない。 少し遠いが自然科学博物館や美術館までは徒歩圏内。 ・Wi-Fi とにかくつながりにくい。 ・朝食 無いに等しい ・部屋の清潔度 掃除は行き届いていると思うが、さびた金具などで水道やトイレのFlushが操作しにくい。とにかく古いホテルの印象。

Metro駅MuseumDIstrictが徒歩圏。
バス停の方が少し近いですが、メトロ(実際には地上を走るストリートカー)MuseumDistrictの利用が便利です。Binz通をまっすぐですし、Museumが多い地域で徒歩20分の散歩になります。ヒューストンは広大ですが、ダウンタウンは徒歩観光も可能です。 ホテルの部屋はベッドが広かったです。蛇口らしきをひねってもお湯が出ずシャワーを浴びてないのでそれについては判断できません。ジュースの自販機が硬貨しか受け付けず少し不便でした。 徒歩数分のところにコンビニがあるので飲み物などはそこで調達しました。朝食は、シリアルでパンや玉子焼きなどないので、やや物足りない気がします。 フロントスタッフは自販機用に硬貨に替えてくれたり、それなりに親切ではありました。

My first and last time
The room was not clean. The bed was FILTHY and GROSS. There was yellow stains on the comforter and dirt on the sheets. I told the front desk attendant about the bed and asked for a new room. He told me he didn't have anymore rooms, even though the parking lot was fairly empty. He gave me new sheets and comforter. I had to change the sheets myself. In addition to that, there was Hair in the tub and around the sink.

We stayed at America Best Value Inn 2419 Riverside Dr., Houston, TX. Our room was very clean. Fresh towels were provided every day. That doesn't happen very often since covid arrived. The best part was that the entire staff was very kind and helpful. We were there to attend appointments at MD Anderson Cancer Center. It was great to be surrounded by such caring people at a time when we were feeling overwhelmed.

we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience we will work on that and make sure that it is not repeatedWe have a cancellation policy i.e if reservation is not cancelled by 3pm hotel time 48 hours prior to arrival date or the guest does not show . then the first night is chargedYou are always welcomed here to stay and will make sure everything is great

I liked my stay, the room was clean and the price was good. But the breakfast was disappointing and there was a lot of noise due to renovations in another room.

気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
This place is under renovation which we didn't know before getting there. The staff was courteous but had no other rooms etc. The manager or owner came out the following morning after hearing from staff about our stay and complaints. All in all horrible stay but nice new owners.

I was grateful to find an opening at this hotel. You can tell that theye are working hard to remodel the rooms and common room. The staff did their best and were friendly.
