Our home's bright, open-plan layout invites you to relax and connect. The main floor combines a comfortable living area with a fully equipped kitchen, creating the perfect hub for your group.
LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT
Unwind in one of two living rooms, each furnished with large sofas and big-screen TVs where you can stream your favorite shows. For a bit of friendly competition, head to the game room on the 3rd floor for a round of shuffleboard or enjoy one of the board games provided.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, which features a gas range, a large island with bar seating, and modern appliances. We provide:

With four bedrooms, the home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in beds, with space for up to 10 using the sleeper sofas.
* Primary Bedroom (2nd Floor): King bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
* Guest Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor): King bed and a twin sleeper sofa.
* Guest Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): King bed.
* Guest Bedroom 3 (3rd Floor): King bed and a sleeper sofa.
BACKYARD OASIS
Step outside into your private, fully fenced backyard. Spend your days lounging by the beautiful pool, soaking in the attached hot tub, practicing your swing on the 2-hole putting green, or grilling at the outdoor kitchen.
Pool & Hot Tub Heating:The pool and hot tub are a highlight of the property. Please note the following:
* The pool is heated to 85°F for free from October 1st to April 30th. Heating during other months is available for an additional $40/night.
* The hot tub can be heated to 102°F for $40/night. We can turn on the jets for you upon request.
* If you choose to pay for heating, the fee applies to the entire duration of your stay.
* Please be aware that the in-pool lights are currently inoperable.

Getting to Houston's major attractions is a breeze. You are just a quick drive or Uber ride from the Houston Medical Center, Downtown, Rice University, the Museum District, The Galleria, and all major sporting venues.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a wonderful stay for you and to respect our neighbors, we ask that you follow a few simple rules:
* NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. All parties will be immediately shut down by the police and you will be asked to leave the property.
* QUIET HOURS after 10pm when outside. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings when you are hanging out outside the house or coming home after 10pm.
* No pets.
You assume all liability for you and everyone in your party when you use the pool and spa, please use the pool responsibly. Do not leave children unattended AT ANYTIME in the backyard or the pool.
Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have three exterior security cameras located in the following areas: outside the garage, above the front door, overlooking the pool area. These cameras are actively recording and monitoring the exterior only. There are no cameras inside the home.
Unauthorized photography or filming will incur a fee.
