Excellent place to stay! Very quiet and clean at all times. I would highly recommend this place.

Do Not Recommend!
I have been booking with Hotels.com for years and have never had such a horrible experience like this time. I booked a 13-nights stay valued almost $700 with this property. There is no where on the listing explicitly stating that guests have to share bathroom and kitchen with others in a tiny single house. I sincerely admit that it is my fault not to verify information with the property.
Prior to the check-in date, I contacted the property and was told that I would share kitchen/living room/bathroom with others. I explained to the property that I am extremely uncomfortable to stay and share with others, given the ongoing COVID pandemic and request a refund. The property ignores my request and does not even want to work or reconcile with me to resolve my concerns peacefully. Of course, I did not check in.
I feel I am cheated and robbed. A good business always values customers and their safety. Great businesses never exploit customer’s bad decision to make profit, but want the best experience for their customers. But, all this property cares is profit.
