We welcome your friends and family to our beautiful newly renovated home featuring 4 professionally designed units. Enjoy the outdoors in our expansive yard featuring a large 7 person relaxation spa, BBQ area, and pergola. This home has 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms which graciously sleeps 24 people. We are less than 10 minutes from the best Houston has to offer. This listing is for the full house witch consists of two 3bed 2bath apartments and another two 2bed 2bath apartment.

Great place , cool layout .. fit my party of 20 perfectly. Not going to lie I was a little spectacle when I read 4 apartments in one, but it was perfect. Will definitely book again if back in Houston area with a big party.

Layout was perfect for me and my friends. Close enough that we could all hang out together and enough space when we wanted privacy. Will be coming back next year for our annual astros vs yankee game.

Overall positive experience

I first want to say that the owners are very communicative and receptive to issues. When we arrived it was discovered that many items were missing for our stay including linens, toiletries etc. The owners made a late night delivery of needed items. Although we would have appreciated not needing a delivery, they went out of their way to do it. Some items were not clear in the listing (propane was not included for the grill and no instructions for using the futons without tipping). The units were missing items like dust pans and hampers and were not well stocked for others like trash bags, which hopefully will be included for future guests. Overall there are quality issues with the floors and other items. The shower faucets were not standard and required random, non-standard positioning to get a hot shower (all of the faucet positions were dofferent). The queen beds squeaked horribly while just laying in them - loud enough to disrupt sleep in both of those beds. Hopefully that will be addressed. That said, the mattresses were very comfortable. The location is convenient with the convention center nearby as well as grocery stores. It was also nice to have our group in one home. I feel like the home can comfortably sleep no more than 20 behind doors - the fold out couches cannot sleep more than 1 person. The house worked for our group and kept us together, which was exactly what we needed. However for the price we paid for the week we had hoped for a better experience.

Beautiful property

This was a perfect place for a big family to stay, spend time together but at the same time have some space to yourself. Owners were great with communicating and very helpful.

Nice for Large Groups of 20+

The host for this location was very nice. Our stay was April 21st-25th 2022 and I must say the access to the house was easy, convenient, and secured. Everything was 10 minutes away from downtown Houston. I love the fact that the house has a security fence all around and cameras. You can fit 4-5 families inside! The yard space is huge for a cook out and decently kept! The beds where comfortable as well! You only need to bring extra towels, bath soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent! I would most definitely reserve this place again if I’m ever back in Houston!

Family Vacation

We rented this home for a family vacation of 30 people and it worked out perfect. I loved the set up with 4 apt units within one house. Close to Downtow and other attractions. If you are looking for somewhere to stay from a 2 bedroom apt to 10 bedrooms. This would be a good choice.
