The pool area was great. I love that it had a lazy river. There was a slide, a big hot tub and a very nice pool. The staff was so accommodating, it was great. Overall we had a great time

The door keypad did not work. We had to have someone come unlock the door with a key every time we came back to the hotel and they could not figure out how to fix it. We were offered a different room after midnight the last night there but I was already in bed and opted to just stay. We also had a bathroom sink that was clogged and even after telling the front desk, it was never fixed.

We did not get a beach view room as we booked for. They said they can’t guarantee a beach view if we booked 3rd party. The reason why I booked was for the view. The room we did get the toilet was clogged and sink would not drain. They said they would fix it and when we got back at the end of the day it was not fixed so they switched our room. We did get a beach view at that time but she said it was not what came through on their end for booking. Breakfast was just ok. It was edible. Need variety of foods. It was just waffles, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, cereal. All carbs no protein. I feel like places provide the bare minimum when it’s FREE breakfast. The slide was down. This place could have a lot of potential they need to go the extra mile
