気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

空港から300ペソくらいで行けます。見た目とっても豪華な建物で写真映えします！12階に泊まりました。2部屋だったので両サイド見れました。裏側は下にボイラーがありました。12階だと景色がいいのでどちら側でも変わらないと思います。viewはよいです。遠くまで見渡せて写メ撮りたくなる感じです。スタッフがとにかく笑顔で優しくて気配りが出来てます。トイレでも廊下でもフロントも、レストラン、ゲートもみんな挨拶してくれて笑顔でした。プールがまぁ入らなくてもいいかなといった感じ。子供が少し遊ぶくらい。ユニットバスの換気扇が回らなかった。部屋がエアコンの温度を上げても切っても寒かった。テレビがつかなかった。冷蔵庫の中は空です。電気ポット、グラス、パックティーあり。アメニティは使えません。泡立たず、意味なし。トイレシャワー共に水の出はよいです。周りは少し歩くと地元のコンビニがあります。ATMも近くにありました。それ以外大きい通りなのでお店はないです。アヤラモールまで歩いて20分くらいで行けました。タクシーも使いました。安いのです。135ペソくらい。歩くと空気が悪いです。ツアーで朝が早かったので朝食付きプランは持って行くboxに変えてもらえます。チェックインの時や前日など直前にフロントで言うタイプ。Boxはフィリピン、アメリカン、コンチネンタルと選べます。でも、実際のブッフェは種類も多くて比べ物にならないくらいよかったです。ベッドの希望は予約時にXperiaで出来ます。選択肢がある場合のみ。さらに変更したいときはメールではダメでチェックインの時空いてれば出来るようなので口頭でお願いしました。

コロナ禍のためか、セキュリティが偉そうにお客さんをチェック。会いに来た知人を、登録してないからと遮る始末。持ち物もチェックして、ノートに記載させられる始末。ホテルとは思えない対応。チェックイン時のスーツケース運び込みの支援は無いし、フロント場所の案内も無し。チェックアウト時には、フロントで記載してもらった用紙を出口で渡さないとタクシーすら案内されない。二度と泊まりたくない。

唯一のカジノ付きホテルですが、老朽化が激しいですね。シャワーがぬるくて熱くならない。無駄に横長な建物で、レストランやプールに行くに長距離歩くはめになります。部屋までも長く歩きます。カジノ設備も古く、他のホテル進出があると、負けちゃうと思いました。

コロナロックダウン中は最悪

①部屋のスリッパが無かった ②ハウスキーピングが 6:00pmに戻り未だできてない、連絡くるとロックダウン中は近隣ホテルは3日に1度のルームクリーニングとの事、タオル交換だけ頼む。 ③サービスのボトルウォーターは初日だけ！今回は最悪！3泊で予約したが2泊で他に移動した。

部屋のエアコンディショナーの温度設定ができず、とても寒かった。エアコンをOFFにできないし、温度を上げてもなぜか下がる。夜になると20.5℃まで下がって、上着をを来ていないと風邪を引きそう。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

wifiがとても遅いのが残念。ほぼ使えなかった。所々に老朽化を感じるが、値段も安く立地も悪くないのでこんなものかも。帰りのフライトが真夜中だった為、ホテル前でホテルの人に案内されたタクシーに乗ったが、メーター利用をお願いしたのにメーター使用してくれず、乗るなり代金は500ペソだと決まっている、ホテルの人に聞いてないのかと言われた。空港前の検問時にメーターを急に付け、金額の表示を手で隠していたので、嫌な思いをしたので、夜中のフライトでタクシーを利用するには諦めも必要かも。
