This lakefront gem boasts spacious interiors and modern updates throughout, creating the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. With 5 bedrooms, including two private primary suites (one on each level), everyone in your group will enjoy their own serene space. A second kitchen on the lower level is ideal for larger gatherings, family meals, or entertaining.

The home features multiple living areas, including a cozy den and office space, making it perfect for remote work or extra space to spread out. Step outside to find a completely remodeled deck overlooking the lake, a stone walkway that leads to a firepit for evening hangouts, and your very own boat dock on Lake Balboa for endless water activities.

The BEST weekend!

The house was perfect! It was very clean, easy to get to, had everything you could need, and the view was STUNNING! We sat on the porch over looking the lake, sipping our coffee every morning. They had a pack n play for my 2 year old, a NFL blitz arcade game for my 8 year old (and husband), ping pong, board games, and a fire pit that we enjoyed every night. The water was so clear we even all got in the lake! It was a true Haven, and we had the best time as a family! We will definitely be back!

Golf Trip

Our group of 8 have been going on annual golf trips for the last 14 years. Could not have asked for a better house/host. Great location to all the golf. Host was fast with communication and helped us accommodate getting some food dropped off a bit before official check in. Perfect spot to come relax after golf. Definitely a place we will look forward coming back to.
