*Please note Lake Hamilton experiences an annual drawdown period from November-March, where the water level is reduced by several feet. The water is returned to and maintained at its summertime levels from March-November.



The Neighborhood:

There’s so much fun to be had just beyond the patio. Follow along the boardwalk that encircles the property’s waterfront. Make your way down to the perfect spot where you can drop a line to fish right off the dock or for the boating aficionados, we invite you to bring your boat! Take advantage of a private boat slip (for a fee of $100/day upon request and based on availability) and make the most of the onsite boat launch (gate clicker needed to access the ramp is stored in a white box on the fireplace mantle. Please take extra care not to lose the gate opener as there is a $100 replacement fee). With direct water access, the recreational and relaxation options are endless!

Other Things to Note:

There is NO SMOKING permitted anywhere on the property, any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine. There are NO PETS allowed, any evidence of a pet being brought onto the premises will result in a $500 fine.



ESA and support animals are allowed by law, ESAs will have a $500 pet fee.
