  • LAKE HAMILTON POOL HOUSE has 4 bedrooms one king, two queens, I full, 1 twin and two bathrooms. A comfortable living room and a nice kitchen with plenty amenities to make food with. The back yard is very desirable with a big in ground pool and a bar right next to it, that includes a pool table and right outside of the Master bed room is a lounging area with fire pit. There also is a hot tub that can fit up to 6 people. Including a gas grill. The master bedroom has a oversized jacuzzi bath tub as well. THE HEATED POOL OPTION WILL BE AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1 ST till March 30th it’s- $100 A NIGHT. 3 DAY MINIMUM it takes a full 24hrs to heat up before your stay,heater is a 400,000 BTU gas heater that works very well but is also very expensive to run. The heated pool is 80 to 85degrees. Pets are ok with owners approval and there is a $100 per pet fee. If your pet goes to the bathroom in the house or does any damage you will be charged.The back yard is secure please do not leave your pets in the house when you are not there. There is also a dog door from the laundry room to the garage and from the garage to the back yard.So they will not have to be in the heat or the cold. Please pick up after your pets. There is a community launch ramp,dock and boat trailer parking literally across the street…We are easy to get along with and hope you book lake Hamilton pool house for a great time!!
    This place is so fun I hate to leave every time I come here….If there is anything I can do to make your stay more enjoyable, such as my co host Rhianna is now offering a personal chef experience! She can cook you five star meals, such as a breakfast chef experience, lunch or dinner. If interested, we can talk about it in your booking. Beautiful home with lots of room. The amenities were great! We enjoyed the hot tub, making smores over the fire pit, and playing games in the outdoor entertainment area. Perfect place for entertaining and close to area attractions. Appreciated being able to bring our dog as well. We will definitely be back!

This place was the perfect getaway for family and friends. We enjoyed a quiet family Christmas after a year of chaos, and it was exactly what we needed. The decorations were spot on, the kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of linens, and it truly felt like home. Dog-friendly and a great balance of party and relaxation vibes. Communication and host effort were also a 10/10. The only thing we wished for was more propane so we could enjoy the fire and grill longer. We will definitely be back!

Great hang out spot and quite neighborhood

The property is in a quite part of town but within a few minutes of anything you need. The backyard area is super nice. Pool and hot tub with your own personal cabana/bar. We all had a blast!

High school friends retreat

We had a great time at this property. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was exactly as advertised and more. The outdoor bar set up was exactly up our alley for watching college football all day Saturday. We will rent this place again. Great host wonderful property five stars.

We loved this property. The house was great and the backyard is amazing with the pool, hot tub, and two covered areas. Away form the busy areas, but just a few minutes to get to everything. The host was great. Very responsive to all messages and check in was very easy. I highly recommend this property.

Bachelorette trip

Myself and 6 others chose this place to stay when we visited Arkansas for a bachelorette trip and we were not disappointed. The place was clean and had a lot of fun additions such as a big living room for games and movies, a hot tub and pool in a big back yard! The host was so nice and friendly and always answered any questions we had in a timely manner! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay!
