Derby Day Stay

This was my husband and my first stay in Hot Springs where we could walk to the track. The house was very convenient to walk to the track and we very much enjoyed our stay. Chris was great to communicate with and we would definitely stay again.

Girls trip with friends!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was just what we needed for a fun time with friends. It was cleaned and well decorated. Owners supplied many items that we needed and wanted. Owner was available for questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The only issue we had while staying here were the noisy people that were staying next door. They were up all night partying in the backyard.

Very Nice House

The house is very close to downtown and the National park. It is walking distance to the horse track and casino. It had everything we needed for our stay including coffee, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer and laundry supplies. Because of the location of this particular house on the street, their is ample parking space if you are bringing more than one vehicle. The owner was very communicative and let us know quickly how to get into the house and checked in with us while we were there. I highly recommend this property.

Visit to the horse races

We were looking for a place close to Oaklawn that wasn’t so expensive. This place is 2 blocks from the tracks.An easy walk, and the house was quite adequate.

This VRBO, is well maintained and clean. The checkin process was easy, the owner incredibly responsive and helpful his team provided an excellent customer experience. It’s a great location close to the Casino and down town. Book your next stay here!!!!

Nice place, convenient to Oaklawn

My wife and I stayed at this property to attend a race weekend at Oaklawn. The house was just as advertised and very clean. In fact, I was happy to find that the coffee bar setup was much better than advertised and included a Keurig machine with a large supply of K-cups. Location was good with only a short walk to Oaklawn and a few neighborhood restaurants. Overall, we won't hesitate to book this property next time.

Great place that's close to everything in Hot Springs. Owners are super nice, helpful, and informative. House was perfect size for our family of three. The driveway is small, but you can park in the street if you have more than one car. There is no pantry in the kitchen but we just made one cabinet a food storage and it worked great. The refrigerator is small, but worked great for what we needed it for. There is not a dishwasher but they provide the necessities to wash by hand. There is a washer and dryer in the house. Everything else you would need is provided and TV's in every room. The house is super cute, clean, and spacious for the square footage. We would definitely recommend this house.

The stay here at this home was great. There was a miscommunication with another VRBO, but I found this lovely home the same day. It was close to our venue that we had to go to all week and it felt like home. The host made it feel amazing and I’m so thankful we were able to stay.

Great Overall with One Note

Really loved this stay. The home was very cute, I really loved a lot of the design choices. Overall, a wonderful stay. My one note was that the parking area (driveway) was very small, a very tight fit. Made for a difficult time pulling in. Other than that, lovely place! Would definitely stay again!
