Great Escape

We could not have been more pleased with the property. It was exactly as described and more. The location is perfect for relaxation yet close enough to numerous amenities. The host was very responsive. We would definitely return on our next trip to Arkansas.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We spent the days looking for crystals and the condo was a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. The lake views were beautiful from the deck. I’d return to this place for sure!

Awesome view

This townhome was perfect for the three of us. The view was really cool because the main floor is well above the lake. The trees didn’t have leaves yet so we could see more of the lake and sunrise. Cute home and super clean! We cooked almost every meal- the kitchen was very easy to use. Our son enjoyed fishing and nearby trails.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to the town of Hot Springs. The townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood. The views of the lake from the deck were awesome! Be sure to check out the beach on the other end of the lake for swimming. Everyone we met in Hot Springs Village was very friendly.

Great stay!! Beautiful views and terrific lake. The place is well cared for and very comfortable. It's crazy that this is in a "gated community". It's more like a private gated small city and it is awesome. We will definitely come back here.

If you are looking for a relaxing get away you can’t beat this place. Cute, clean home away from home with everything you need to just get away without overpacking. We loved the three story deck facing the lake with the lower level having its own ladder in and out of the lake. The views are beautiful. Felt safe and relaxed our entire stay. There was great communication with the host with an easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend.

Love staying at this place it was our second time to stay here. It's very relaxing and the view is perfect.oonly thing that I would worn people about is there's a lot of steps to get down to the water but still isn't bad and I have bad knees. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location - Great home!

We were so excited and impressed by the location and the convenience of this house. Right on the lake with direct stair access from both levels of the house. Nice swimming dock with ladder access for easy in and out of the crystal clear water It’s close to golfing, water sports, hiking quartz mining, downtown Hot Springs - pretty much anything you’re looking for in the Hot Springs area. Cannot recommend enough! The property manager responds very quickly to all inquiries.

Peaceful getaway

Excellent view of the lake from 2nd floor deck & from inside living room. Water & trees everywhere. Very peaceful & serene setting. Listened to the birds & watched the ducks in the morning hours and watched what seemed like the pet squirrel playing on the deck railing throughout the day. Thanks for sharing your home. Excellent Location and View

On the banks of Lake DeSoto in Hot Springs Village, this two story town home in a quiet cul-de-sac was a great home base for our adventures. The two story deck outside was a great place to sit and relax, watch the sunrise/set and watch as the geese floated by on the lake. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a full bath and washer/dryer closet. The upstairs contains the kitchen, dinning area, living room and half bath. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hot Springs.
