Such a cute cottage

The property is in a great location, right across the street from a park in a really quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get to was really cute and not too far from all the action of Central where the most interesting things to see and do are.

The place was just what we needed. It was a quiet part of town but just around the corner from downtown. We would definitely stay here again. Having the park just across the street was nice.

Dance Competition Getaway

We absolutely loved staying here. It was a very clean, cute little cottage right in Whittington Park. I hope to schedule a longer trip to Hot Springs and hope it is available.

It’s all about location.

The location was perfect especially if hiking is your thing. There were awesome trails across the street that could take to to downtown or loop around the mountain top. The house was clean and had the essentials. A great place place to sleep and eat.

Clean and quiet

Loved the location and very clean! only comment want to share is the air conditioning are window units and we walked into the house very warm and it took hours to cool down and the units were very loud to where the kids couldn’t sleep with the noise.

A place to sleep

This was our first time visiting Hot Springs. I booked this property as previous listings commented on how clean it is - a priority for me when booking a place to stay. We did not feel that this place stands out for cleanliness. While it was neat and tidy, it left some things to be desired as far as cleanliness goes (although I don’t have any other experience with the standard for properties in Hot Springs). The curtains on the front windows were shears, which we did not find offered a lot of privacy in the evening. The rooms each had individual window A/C units, which were loud. The kitchen had the basic accoutrements you would expect, but the cabinet doors were stuck closed. There was ample space for our belongings and the carport was helpful given the rainfall during our stay. Our host, Lisa, was very helpful and even made sure we had a bike trail map. Her communication was great throughout our stay.

This property was perfect for our adventurous family since it was within walking distance to the national parks. It was the perfect place to return after a hike or a walk downtown for dinner. The park across the street provided great running paths for a morning jog. We stayed with our 12 year old son who loved having his own room. It was nice having the ability to do laundry. We had everything we needed for a summer getaway.
