Great location! 5 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Lake Catherine State Park and Garvin Gardens. 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park. Owner gave great restaurant recommendations. Relaxing and owner responded quickly to questions.

This property served everything we needed!We traveled to many Hot Springs restaurants and activities and the location was central to all of our choices.We had all the items we needed, clean and ready to go.The large deck was very peaceful and comfortable to relax each night.The beds were comfortable and the 2-bed 2-bath was a great value!

The host, Scott. He was kind enough to drive 2 hours to scrap off the snow/ice so we could get down the hill to the condo. I had just had outpatient back surgery so we would have had to drive back to Fort Smith. And everything we needed he was prompt & has a great personality.

We had a fantastic time at this great place. To make it even better, higher water pressure in the shower , and one bathrooms was stocked with towels, washcloths, and no toiletries in both bathrooms. I would definitely sleep here again. It deserves a solid 4-star rating.

Was a wonderful place. Very clean and Scott the owner made sure everything was spot on. The condo was perfect for a stay in Hot Springs. Not too far from the main drag but far enough to have some pease and quiet. Will have to go back there again

The lake view was beautiful; we loved cooking in the kitchen and looking out at the lake. I loved that the condo was pet friendly. Having a pet friendly rental was a priority for stay in Hot Springs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept. The stackable washer dryer combination was an amenity I used frequently. The inner teflon lining in pots and pans in the kitchen were scratched and stained. I avoided using the provided pots and pans, but everything else was amazing.

House and balcony were very pretty, clean, and overall nice! My only complaint was the parking, it is a straight down hill, and the parking spot we were assigned was fully slanted side ways! Other than that it is an amazing place to stay!

The property was perfect for us. It was one of only a few advertised as handicapped accessible. We loved the porch & being able to look out over the water and watch the sunsets The location was easy access to Hot Springs National Park. The owner recommended visiting Garvan Woodland Gardens. Turns out, that was the highlight of the trip for me. It's such a beautiful place and very accessible for our wheelchair bound son. Scott was super responsive to any inquiries we sent.

We loved our stay in Hot Springs and our vrbo was great and exactly as described. Our place was clean, location was great and our host was accommodating. Our only problem - the parking space was at the top of an incline (close to a 45 degree angle) which was unexpected and a bit challenging. Once we navigated our stay was great.
