"Sunset cottage was such a wonderful find, one of the best places we’ve stayed in. Beautiful views from the veranda and from indoors, out to the river…the sunsets didn’t disappoint. There’s a great path along the river to walk and explore Burrum Heads. Very conveniently, there’s a Foodworks, bakery and fish shop across the road. "As soon as we arrived we decided we wanted to stay forever, since that wasn't an option we will be coming back next time instead!The house is clean, the beds are comfortable and there is everything you need in the house. The kids loved the swing, arcade (bring lots of 10c coins!), paddle boat and kayak's, there was so much to do without leaving the houseJodie was easy to communicate with and check in/out was a breeze."

"Sunset cottage was such a wonderful find, one of the best places we’ve stayed in. Beautiful views from the veranda and from indoors, out to the river…the sunsets didn’t disappoint. There’s a great path along the river to walk and explore Burrum Heads. Very conveniently, there’s a Foodworks, bakery and fish shop across the road. The cottage has a beautiful interior, fantastically equipped kitchen and we especially enjoyed the magazines and many other thoughtful inclusions. Donna from Balmy Breaks was easy to contact and very helpful. Four nights wasn’t long enough! "

"We love the shsck. We always come with our own supplies. So we werent too worried that the cleaners didnt get to do there top up of toilet paper etc. The unit was not dirty as the clients before left it in great shape. The dish washer was full but kitchen clean and tidy.We have stayed here a few times now and have always been satified with the fridge size and warm showers and the layout of the unit.We love the lady next door .she is such as wonderful soul. The cleaner came to make sure we were ok and i ensured her we were fine.Thankyou for our little breaks and we will.always be happy to return. "

"House is tired, mildew in light fittings, aircon vent and some fly screens clogged with dust and fluff, only one hot plate working normally, other 3 heating red roar, no drip plates under the hotplates, rust in oven and hotplate surround rings. Lovely fridge but overall, a very tired, small 3 bedroom house. Compared to other beachfront Woodgate accommodation, this house is not worth the money charged."
