Stylish and modern beach home overlooking Horseshoe Bay lagoon and only a boardwalk stroll to the beach. Well designed and presented for your holiday accommodation needs. Three bedrooms, fully air-conditioned throughout plus a pool. Comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen.

The large main bedroom has a queen bed, large robe and ensuited bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 large single beds.

The house was clean and spacious. It is in a terrific location minutes walk from Horseshoe Bay via a boardwalk through Horseshoe Lagoon (even though there was no water in there). The pool was an added bonus.

Perfect for our family of four with two boys and grandparents. Well situated for Horseshoe Bay cafes and also a skate park for the boys. Pool good for cooling off on the hot days. Can recommend.

Such a great place to stay!

We were a group of six and had an awesome time. The sun hits the balcony and pool perfectly. it was so nice to just chill out and jump in for a swim whenever we wanted. The house had everything we needed: plently of cookware in the kitchen, cleanliness, comfy beds, and air con in every room. Only thing to keep in mind is there’s no WiFi, and mobile reception was pretty much non-existent (even Telstra struggled). It’s also a bit of a walk to the bus stop, so I’d definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re not keen on walking to the bus. Also, make sure you stock up before you get to Horseshoe Bay — the local store didn’t have much when we were there (not even toilet paper!). Grab everything you need at IGA in Nelly Bay. All up, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.

Relaxation plus!

Lovely house in beautiful gardens. Loved our time here. We had everything we needed and especially enjoyed the visits from a wallaby at the pool area!

Peaceful location

Great little cottage, very roomy and comfortable. Had everything we needed and the neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. The A/C in the lounge room did not work however but wasn’t the end of the world. And would have been great to have Wi-FI available. All in all a great weekend getaway with family and will definitely stay again. Thanks so much to the host.

We loved staying, with 4 children it was so nice to have our own space. The pool was a little smaller than expected but didn’t hinder our fun. Overall it was a great weekend!

Mumma's & Wife's Getaway

It was great to have Time Out with out our children or Hubbies for once... Just 4x Close FRIENDS in their 50's letting their hair down. Loved the House, very comfortable. A pillow case had bloid stains on it, pillow ok. AC in main BRm kept shorting out at the Switchbiard. - Fault there. Ladies were disappointed a little that there was no laundry piwer, unsure if we were to supply or not but we lived LOL. We topped up.the pool as was a little low, the lovely neighbor advised us of this. Very Thankful. We Tidied up, stripped the beds and left the key on dining table. Couldn't licate the laundry bag for linen tho. Apologies. Thank You very much for a wonderful stay.

Perfect for couples travelling together.

Well equipped house. Kitchen has everything needed to self cater. Property had three queen beds, making it ideal for couples travelling together. Inside is spacious and a great outdoor area with BBQ and Spa Pool.

New year's stay

Thanks so much for our wonderful stay at Dolphin Escape. The house was very comfortable, the beds and linen first class and the house was well stocked. The only draw back was no wifi and inconsistent internet availability. Coverage in this area may be slightly compromised. Otherwise this was a lovely, quite place for a relaxing holiday

50th Birthday

I would highly recommend this home,my partner and 3 adult children and grandson stayed from the 24th-27th May , we all were very impressed with the location and layout of this holiday home. We all had our own personal space if we needed it and it was only a short walk along the boardwalk to the beach and shops. Highly recommend it and will hopefully visit again soon.

Good family comfort

Great space inside. Very tidy. Peaceful. Kids loved the pool and the walk through the forest across the road. Only negative were the vertical blinds. Allowed too much light in from sun during the day and street lights at night. Had to hang up blankets as proper curtains in the bedrooms.

Relaxing Property

A relaxing property located about 10min stroll to the beach and shops. Great pool area. Although the main lounge / dining is airconditioned there is no a/c in the bedrooms. The rental company initially gave us the wrong address which caused some confusion. Television and a/v was difficult to operate. Told rental company but no action taken. Overall a relaxing residence.

Great property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Escape. Great pool, house is neat and very clean and well equipped. Boardwalk is ok during the day but I wouldn't use it at night. This makes the walk into Horsehoe Bay a little longer. We had a car for most of our stay so it wasn't a problem.

Lovely stay for young family

The property was simple and comfortable for our young family of 2 adults and 4 children. Comfortable beds and enjoyable beach toys for the children. Easy drive to Horseshoe bay / beach.
