"Stayed on first floor, nice and quiet. Do yourself a favor and check out the breakfast at least once, you’d be silly to stay there and not take advantage. Incredible!! Gym game was kinda weak so would have gave it 4.5 stars if an option. As of 01/2026 couple treadmills, elliptical, and one peloton bike for cardio. One flimsy adjustable bench and dumbbell sets up to 50# all there is for strength training, but WAY better than nothing at all. Would definitely stay again."

"Highly recommend!! location is close to everything in Naples. Fast check in. Ample parking. Room was huge & clean. Had everything you could want. Even had a fridge with an ice maker. Staff were wonderful. Very friendly. Breakfast was a generous buffett. 5 O’clock bar & restaurant right @ the pool was convenient. Happy Hour cocktails& nightly food specials. Wait staff @ the pool. Nightly entertainment poolside the nights we stayed. We were also allowed to stay poolside after checkout for the afternoon 👍"

"The view-pools to ocean with sunset straight out made it the best. Delicious food. Close to 5th Ave. free shuttle or even a 2 mile walk for exercise. High quality clean room. It’s checks all of the boxes for a great vacation."

"We stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful vacation. We had good communication with our host, and our apartment was well equipped, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The lanai or porch was a delightful place to relax. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, the dining area and we all slept well in the roomy bedrooms. Park Shore resort has one restaurant Hogfish Harrys very close and a number of other good restaurants nearby. It was close to Naples and Marco Island and we were able to enjoy exploring the Everglades. Thanks for a nice stay!"
