Bright Holiday Apartment for Relaxation

Sit back and relax in this stylish accommodation. The approximately 66 sqm apartment offers space for up to 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a covered terrace, as well as storage options for (e-)bikes including outdoor power supply. The apartment is quietly located in a charming village in the countryside, yet Lake Constance (13 km to Friedrichshafen) is easily accessible. Ravensburg is only 12 km away.



On request and subject to availability, we are happy to prepare a breakfast basket for you at the weekend for an extra charge.



The holiday apartment is a lovely garden-level flat with a separate entrance, its own terrace, and barbecue facilities. We are a family of four living in the same house, so it can be lively during the day.



Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwashing utensils are, of course, provided.



A part of the garden does not belong to the apartment, and for liability reasons, garden use is unfortunately excluded.



The gravel path leads to the left of the house directly to the apartment's entrance door.



There are no shopping facilities in the village. The nearest supermarket is in Oberteuringen (Lidl 4.3 km or Edeka 5.5 km away). You will find bakeries in Oberteuringen, Wittenhofen, and Horgenzell.



Our house is located in the middle of the village. Next door is a horse paddock, and occasionally a rooster crows. There is an idyllic pond as well as beautiful forest and hiking trails. If you love nature and want some distance from the tourist hustle and bustle of Lake Constance, you are in the right place with us.
