The small, pretty shops and boutiques invite you to go shopping. For those who prefer physical activities, there are countless options for outdoor activities, such as skiing, running, mountain biking, kayaking, horseback riding, and much more, and there is also a gym just 150 meters from the accommodation.
Due to the central location, cars can safely stay parked. The ski lift with the practice area is only 500m away and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Here, you will find ski rentals, sports shops, ski depots, and ski schools directly on-site.
The Wilder Kaiser Brixental area is also definitely worth a visit in summer. The local mountain of Hopfgarten is the Hohe Salve, one of the most beautiful panoramic mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps, with a panoramic view of the Zillertal Alps, the Venediger Group, and the Glockner Group. The quiet hiking trails and mountain bike routes lead you through the varied Tyrolean mountain landscape, musically accompanied by the gentle ringing of cowbells and birds chirping. It is definitely worth stopping for a moment to pause and enjoy the view. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
