「For the price, there’s really nothing to complain about. Room was clean, and covered all the basics. Tea bags as well as instant coffee would have been nice but shower was fine and bed comfortable. It’s not the quietest but not noisy either- from downstairs you can hear some upstairs noise and doors opening and closing. Check in was easy and free parking. Location ideal for Meadowhall, arena etc - 10 mins by car.」

「Lovely stay, a little disappointed that the breakfast was a brown bag filled with a pot of porridge, croissant and orange juice. We did find somewhere local in Castleton for breakfast. Was very clean and lovely place to stay.」

「Staff were excellent. Very helpful. Food good. However, our room, No.3, was shabby, to say the least. Definitely not value for the price. Mould in the shower. Peeling wallpaper. Toilet window unable to open. Dirty carpet. Burnt arm on heated towel rail when bent down to retrieve towel from floor. No warning notice. Double wall socket peeling from wall. Dirty TV remote held together by sellotape. Small TV with poor sound. Photos support my assertions.」
