"Always a pleasure! Lost count over the past 9 years but have stayed at this property at least 10 times -- both short weekend getaways and most recently Mon-Fri. House is always CLEAN with comfortable beds, great a/c, ceiling fans, kitchen with everything needed, washer/dryer and Roku TVs with all the streaming apps. But the best part is the deck with unobstructed beach view and private access to the beach via an adorable bridge that is a must for photos! (Golf carts cross with ease!) If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, enjoy a slice of serenity and perch on a deck with a beach breeze or barbecue & entertain below this is for you! This trip was only 2 people, but we've had as many as 6 adults and 3 children. Owner Margene is tried & true - never had a single issue and always appreciate how she seeks feedback and looks for ways to raise her already high bar. We've returned many times for a reason, and it's been a favorite getaway for years!"

"Loved the house!! It has easy access to the beach and great views. Best part was the master upstairs and the other bedrooms on the main floor. It was comfortable and relaxing, this is the second home we rent from this owner and it did not disappoint. Would stay again and again. "

"While this house isn’t beachfront, the beach is visible from the balcony and the road leads straight to the beach access. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, house was well stocked- from towels, to spices and kitchen items. Pictures were accurate and up to date. The swim spa was amazing and the half bath downstairs was perfect! Super convenient location. Looking forward to booking this home again in the future! "

"This house was small, cozy and quaint, but definitely did not sleep 10 people comfortably. If it’s just two or three of you looking for something simple, this is the perfect house on the water. However, if you are looking for a luxury, this is not it. I will say, though, when we need it to increase the temperature of the water to hot (from lukewarm), it was very easy to reach the owner and remedy the situation."

"Our suite was perfect! Exactly what we expected but still pleasantly surprised due to other places we’ve stayed not living up to photos and descriptions. Communication with host was top notch. All accommodations were perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped to handle cooking meals for our family of four. Great water pressure, great views, great hot tub! Would highly recommend! We did notice it looks like another place is going up in the empty lot in front of this one so we are glad we still had the great straight view of the ocean! "
