Spacious property, very comfortable and large bed, friendly and helpful host, fresh grapes in the yard, clean, quiet, and exactly what we needed. We would stay again.

The property was just as listed. The gate and yard were nice so we felt comfortable leaving our bike on our vehicle rack.

It was in a bad location. We were told to drive in a gate where the car would be safe but the owner told us, once we pulled in, that we could not park there since it was over a septic tank. We had to park outside and carry our suitcases et al a distance. The air conditioning was terrible. It had a bedroom portable system that was noisy and unreliable. There were two vents but they did little to cool the unit. We were hot the whole time there. The kitchen was under equipped. The coffee maker was a French press, which required we buy special coffee, which we'll never use again. The entrance to the unit was not handicapped accessible. We both almost tripped coming and going outside the door. The outside area was dirty and dry. The lawn chairs there were dirty. The TV was not cable but only ROKU, so there was no way to get up-to-date news or programming. That's the cheap way to say there is TV. Yes, there was a TV set but no live TV. The toilet paper was the cheapest you could buy. There were no hangers in the closet. The dishes in the tiny kitchen were inadequate and I'm not certain they were clean. We had to wash them. No stove. No coffee maker. Microwave was broken. No hair dryer as advertised. Noisy road in front. A long distance from the walking path. Old furniture that was worn out. Inadequate waste baskets to handle our trash. We had to pull in with no room to turn the car around. This place was a huge disappointment and was way overpriced.

Had to open a gate to get to the entrance. No rail to go up steps. AC outside but it never ran. Dusty entrance. Tacky. Dog fenced yard but grapes hanging, which are poisonous to dogs. Scary. Whole weekend was a disaster for us. We like NICE.

Convoluted floor plan and no area to lay out a mat and do stretching exercises. Old and worn out furniture. TV screen with ROKU but no live TV. Old dishes. No paper towels or dish rags. Stuffy and hot and no screen on main door to bring in air.

Kite surfing week

Great location, super cute space, very comfortable, little fenced area for dogs and a short walk to a big park and walking trail! Kitchen area (although it didn't have a stove and was a bit "sparse" was very functional.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were able to take our bulldog with a fenced area. It’s a great location near wineries and mountain bike trails.The owner was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Thanks so much!!

The unit was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. The location was quite convenient for anything the area and we liked that.Devin was friendly and cooperative and responded to questions quickly.While not needed as nights were cool, but the 'air condition' unit is not central and would need to be installed into the window.Also, we were quite surprised about the size of the deposit and necessity to have VRBO hold it for months although it was returned.All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Away from trains and busy downtown but with a view of both mountains from the neighborhood. Plenty of places to eat and walk and do.

Visiting Hood River for the first time!

This property had everything that we needed. Our place was very clean and just like the pictures. The location itself was very close to Main Street in Hood River. I highly recommend this location if you are planning on visiting Hood River!

Nice place to stay for exploring Hood River, great access to the trails in Post Canyon. Host was most excellent to work with when I left an item behind.

Nice, quiet place

We had a little glitch with cleaning upon arrival but it was quickly and easily resolved. Devin is very responsive and easy to work with. The place was perfect for 2 people (& a dog) and very close to many Hood River activities. Portable A/C unit worked well to keep bedroom cool at night.

Great little place

We enjoyed our weekend getaway to Hood River. The apartment was perfect for two of us and our dog. Nicely appointed. Bed was super comfortable. Location was good and not far from the main town. Would love to stay there again when we return.

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing, what more does one need?

Just the right size for a couple who don't plan on cooking meals. We arrived on a Thu and the check-in was just as explained. The place must have been very recently remodeled. Everything was super clean and updated. Very tastefully decorated The kitchenette has a full sized fridge and a microwave. And all the dishes. silverware etc for a couple. Two TVs (the living area had a Roku and we didn't check the bedroom) This would be a 1st place we'll check the next time we get the urge to spend 3 nights in Hood River!

Ok but Air condition was not clear

Great place to stay, but no information of air conditioner in the closet for a window unit. Otherwise overall good place. we had 2 dogs there and it was perfect for them also. Really no complaints except that and no stove. we new that though.

Great place for long weekend!

Convenient location. Close to town. Quiet neighborhood. Halloween weekend very fun. Great for our dog. Devin is very helpful.

Perfect for Biz or Pleasure, with a dog:-)

Perfect for business or pleasure, centrally located to everything in Hood River, great yard for your dog, yoga and chilling, gorgeous bathroom, and insanely comfortable bed. Stayed here for two weeks for business and just sent up my camp stove in the yard for light cooking/espresso with my java pot:-)

Beautiful time in Hood River

It was very comfortable and roomy. There’s a lot of competition in Hood River but we were very pleased with the quietness, hospitality and would stay again. Loved how it was all ready for a dog! Cute kitchenette, nice shower, very comfortable king bed. Host Devin was very pleasant to meet and cared about our stay.

Great place to stay in a town unlike any other

This property was fantastic. The listing is technically attached to a home, however you have your own entrance, yard, parking spot, etc. So you never need/have to access anything but your own private areas. From this location you can reach pretty much any place in Hood River within 5 minutes, including a multitude of restaurants, shops, the river itself, and the bridge to Washington. Only issue we had was that we happened to be there the hottest week of summer (by far) and there was no AC. Still, the host provided fans, and the windows open for a pleasant breeze. 10/10 would love to stay here again! Thank you!
