"We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and well furnished with everything we needed for trips to the beach and pool. The property manager was very responsive and check in and check out were a breeze. The location is great with the Fairmont in walking distance. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. "Paradise for our ohana! The condo was exactly as described. We were here on a family vacation and the condo had plenty of space for the six of us (4 adults, 2 kids). It was well stocked/labeled with everything you would need. The quick walk to the pool was great for the kids in the afternoons, after their mornings at the beaches (beach club and Hapuna State Park for boogie boarding)! "We were in Kona to celebrate a dear friend’s birthday, and it was over the top amazing! You can’t beat the weather, the scenery, the fresh ahi tuna, the Kona brewery, the beaches, and the malasadas. Our rental, the Kumulani at Mauna Kea, was everything we expected plus. In my opinion, our view was the best in Kona, and the unit was stocked with everything you would need. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with this VRBO listing."

"My wife and I usually stay one of the big ocean side resorts, decided to try VRBO. Waikoloa Village is different, quiter and little cooler weather. The condo was awesome, reminded us of our own condo in the mountains. Super clean, all the amenities, everything was easy. Staying at a condo away from resort made us get out and explore more, and we found new things to do even though it was our 6th time on the Big Island. Awesome vacation."

"you could settle down in this condo for your entire stay and do nothing but enjoy yourself. Pool 100 yds away, dining/shopping options nearby, golf if that is your thing. The lanai off the master BR will suck up some time too. Kitchen was lavishly appointed and stocked. For you workaholics, there is an office nook upstairs for you to manage your kingdom from w/o ruining everyone else's fun! Nowhere in HI is inexpensive anymore (25% tax/fees added on) but comparable packages aren't any less."

Neighbors are right close because the property is long and narrow BUT the way the yard is bordered by trees/other plant life you do get privacy.
