The hard is excellent. Well renovated, highly maintained shower equipment and high-tech toilet.
However, I think they need to improve operations. When we arrived at the hotel by taxi, nobody assisted us to deliver out the baggage. And, the time we arrived were around 16:00, and the rooms were not ready. We got waited for a while, but no drinks were offered. In addition, the lounge was full and there were only 5 sofas in the lobby so we couldn't wait there. Eventually, after 17:30 with complaint several times, the rooms were ready. The rep at the front desk seemed sorry to us, but it should not be happen at the 5 stars hotel. In addition, no "official" apology during the stay so I told them that they needed to improve their soft procedures when we checked out. And then, they sent us an email with offering upgrade next time. However, that won't work as I will never ever come back to the hotel again.
