初日、バスルームのお湯がぬるく、またDVDプレーヤーも電源が入らない状況でしたが、スタッフの方に伝えると迅速に対応してくれて、2日目からは快適に過ごすことができました。

ゴールド会員特典だと思いますが、部屋はアップグレード、そして朝食ビュッフェとミニバーを無料で頂けました。レイトチェックアウトは、部屋が空いていないとのことで出来ませんでしたが、それでも満足です。バスローブがふわふわで気持ちよかったです。立地が良いので、機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

ホテルの場所が少し分かりにくいけど、とても便利な立地ですし、スタッフもとても良い対応でした。ホテル近くの飲食店が夜は早く閉まるので、お気を付けて！

まあまあかな？

早朝にホテルに着き荷物を預かって貰いました。部屋が空いていれば使えたのにごめんね、とフロントの方が仰っており、大変感じがよかったです。お部屋は、髪の毛が落ちていたりシャワーが弱かったり気になるところあり。ただ、駅からも近いしフリードリンクでビールまであり、翌日には補充もされていて有難かった。近くに美味しいお粥屋さんもありました。

早朝にホテルに着いたのですが、部屋が用意出来てるからとチェックインさせてくれた。部屋にスマホが用意されていて、テザリングでWi-Fiとして使用できるので、レンタルのWi-Fiは不要かと思われる。冷蔵庫の中はすべて無料。因みにビールも無料。喉が乾いたらコチラのドリンクを。朝ご飯の種類は思ったより豊富で、スタッフの方がとても感じがよかった。サーモンとチーズが美味しかった。しかし、バスタブの外の排水口が詰まりやすかったり、2日目のベッドメイク後、お風呂を沸かそうとしたらバスタブに毛髪が着いたままだった。ベッドルームとトイレの仕切りドアが壊れていたのか、扉を閉めてもだんだん開いてしまい、家族と言えども恥ずかしい思いをしました。

PMQや大館など見所が多々あるエリアで、香港のホテルとは思えない広さでゆったりと過ごせました。バスタブもあり、日本人はお湯を張って疲れを癒すこともできます。一階に高級寿司店があったり朝食のブッフェには欧米人が多かったりと、目利きの方々が選ぶホテルのように感じました。

Nice hotel close to MTR station and tram stop. Many famous local restaurants nearby. Friendly staffs. Bathroom cleanliness needs further improvement but overall equipment is excellent.

上環駅から数分の交通至便な立地です。周りはゴミゴミした小さな通りですが、中に入ると全く気になりません。お部屋はシックでスタイリッシュ。掃除も行き届いており、十分な広さがあります。小さなキッチンと電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーももあって、滞在にはとても便利。バスルームが洗い場と深さのある浴槽がついていて街歩きで疲れた身体をたっぷりのお湯に浸かってほぐせるのが日本人にはうれしいホテルです。従業員の方もとっても親切。思いがけず居心地のよい時間を過ごしました。又利用してみたいと思います。

朝食が優れている！

香港のホテルにしては部屋が広いし、Mini Barが無料だし、朝食が美味しかったです！フマスとピタパンが朝食にあるとこを少ないと思う。あとドーナッツも美味しかったです。無料のMini Barにポカリとかオレンジジュースが合ったのは嬉し待ったです。ジムも良かったです。大満足。

とても良いホテルでした。

まず、スタッフの方が全員親切でフレンドリーでした(￣▽￣) 私の泊まった部屋は1ルームだったのでそんなに広くはなかったけど、ベットは大きくかったし、荷物の出し入れ等は不便はなかったです。バスルーム＆トイレもシャワーや洗面の温度調節も簡単でした。ただ、ひとつバストイレがガラス張りで一応ブラインドがあるんですが、隙間から丸見えだったので夫婦ですが、見ないように気を使いました。ホテルの場所も駅近で、マカオに行くフェリー乗り場も歩いて行けますし、欧米人が沢山いるレストランやバーなどの洒落たお店が沢山あるスポットにも歩いて行かれました。かなり便利な場所だと思います。ただ、坂がめちゃくちゃ多いので結構疲れるます。近くのお粥のお店は綺麗じゃないけど美味しいのでおすすめです。

すべて良い、おすすめです。

上環駅から本当にすぐの立地。ちょっぴり昔ながらの路地に入るのですが、ヨーロッパの駅周辺を歩く時のような治安の不安さは全くありません。ワンフロア2室のタワーホテルなので静かです。高層ゆえか、エレベーターも2基ありスムーズに階下に行けます。何と言ってもきれいなリビングがあり、風呂も洗い場付き、テレビは寝室とリビングそれぞれにソニー製、毎日置いてくれる大きめボトルの水に加え冷蔵庫の飲み物フリー、ネスプレッソやティーも。中環の5星ホテルと迷ったけどここにして本当によかった。コスパ抜群です。レセプションの方たちもとても親切。

ホテルスタッフの態度：◎　感じの良い方ばかりでした。ロケーション：◎　初めての方でも動きやすい場所だと思います。　MTR駅も近いですし、タクシーもすぐにゲットできます。部屋：〇　景観があまりでしたが、香港にしてはとても広くて、バスタブあり！

上環の活気あるエリアにあるホテル

香港の下町らしい狭い路地の間にあり、目立つ看板もないので一見して見つけづらいかも。しかし周り中にいろいろなお店があって非常に楽しいエリアにあると分かります。MTR上環のA2出口が最寄りになり歩いて10分かからないですが、階段が多くMTRの駅自体も深いため香港駅や中環駅への足としてはメリットが小さいかも。香港駅からならAELのシャトルバスH2で「Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Soho（一つ目のバスストップ）」が近いです。

交通アクセスの良いホテル

地下鉄、フェリーターミナルが徒歩圏内であり、便利な立地です。設備がきれいです。ただ、繁華街にあるため、週末に宿泊したところ、深夜まで外の人の声が気になりました。

便利なホテル

部屋数が少ないせいか、チェックインの時など時間がかからず良かった。浴槽の他に小さな洗い場になるスペースがあって、かけ湯もできるし、湯船のお湯が泡だらけにならず快適だった。部屋もリビングとベッドルームに分かれていて、それぞれテレビがあり、扉も閉まるので、子供が寝ている時などちょうどよかった。簡単なキッチンも付いていて、冷蔵庫の中の飲み物も無料で、何も不自由せずに過ごせた。

”Expediaゴールドなのでアップグレードします”とは言ってくれたもののよくよく、他の部屋を確認した所、アップグレードはしてくれていませんでした・・・アップグレードできないなら、期待させないでほしかったです。アーリーチェックインを依頼していたものの、それも対応してもらえませんでした。寝室の床には、ゴミや髪の毛が残っており、清掃がしっかりなされている感じではありませんでした。浴室にも何本も髪の毛が落ちていました・・・また、客室数が少ないからかもしれませんが、チェックインカウンターが1つしかなく、待たされました。良かったのは、上環駅からとても近いことと、ミニバーが無料で飲めることでした。

台風で半日引きこもりましたが、快適でした

Premier Studio Apartment　に3泊しました。場所はメトロ上環（ションワン）駅（の確かA2出口）から、徒歩5分です。ちょっと分かりにくい場所ですが、迷って階段を上がってしまうと、そこは皇后大道なので行きすぎです。ホテルは皇后大道に登る階段の下側にあります。母との旅行でしたが、うっかりキングサイズベッド1台で予約してしまい、メールでツインに変更をお願いしました。すぐに変更OKの返信があり、安心して出発することができました。小さな部屋のホテルが多い香港ですが、ゆとりのある大きさで、スタイリッシュな部屋で、ゆったりできました。台風でシグナル8が発令され午前～14時頃まで外出できない日がありましたが、部屋でゆっくり快適に過ごせました。

利便性が良く、スタッフが親切なホテルです。

上環駅から徒歩5分もかからないですが、場所はわかりづらいです。でも、慣れれば非常に便利な場所です。セブンイレブンがホテルから見えますので買出しにも便利です。ピークトラムの山麓駅も徒歩で行ける距離ですが、エアポートエクスプレス香港駅はスーツケースがあると辛いのでタクシーの利用をおすすめします。ホテルから7分程度で、トランクにスーツケースを入れた料金を含めて約40HKDでいけます。部屋はバスタブもあり、清潔で、ミニバーにはコーラが２本、アクエリアスが１本、オレンジジュースが１本、ビールが２本入っていました。これはありがたかったです。ホテルのスタッフは24時間体制で、私が深夜グラスを割ってホテルの内線電話で謝罪した際、ほうきとちりとりを持って部屋まで来ていただいたり、早朝のフライトのため、朝５時にチェックアウトをしなければいけなかったのですが、タクシーをすぐ手配していただいたりと、スタッフの対応には本当に感謝です。まさにおすすめのホテルです。

3回目の滞在

今回1週間の香港滞在でしたので、2ヶ所に泊まりました。こちらは3回目の滞在になります。部屋が広くバスタブが付いてるところが気に入っています。上環駅にも、近く交通の便も良く、朝食付き、スタッフも親切で、また泊まりたいです。

立地がよい

徒歩圏に色々なスポットがあり、食事にも困らないし、コンビニも近い。流しや電子レンジもついてたので、野菜をラップで巻いて蒸したり、温めなおして食べる事もできた。（外食は多彩不足になりがち。補えるのはありがたい）バスタブがついてて、お湯の量の温度も量も充分。東南向きの部屋だったので暑い時期は多分暑い部屋だろうけど、珍しくさわやかな気候だったので快適でした。ワンフロア２室なのでうるささも気になりませんでした。（聞こえないってわけではないけど）

繁華街に近い立地の良いホテル

Executive Apartmentに1泊しました。キッチン･リビングと寝室が独立しておりバスルームも広く、連泊してみたいと思いました。朝食も種類は少なかったですが美味しい点心も有り、大満足です。但し、喫煙可能と思い予約しましたが、禁煙でした。

GOOD LOCATION

便利な場所で、MTR・Airport Expressが徒歩でＯＫ。ただし場所がわかりにくく、まさかこんなところにホテルがと思うようなところです。部屋はきれいでスタッフも親切。仕事をするには問題ありませんが、ファンシーなものは何もありません。

また泊まりたいホテルでした。

スタッフの対応がとても素晴らしかったです。足りないものがあればすぐに届けてくれ(英語)、お部屋の清掃も行き届いていました。朝食も豪華ではないものの美味しい。周囲には朝からやっている有名なお粥屋さんもあるので昼夜を通して食に困ることはありません。ただ難点があるとすれば、タクシーで向かうと必ず運転手さんが迷いました。上環の地下鉄出口からホテルまでは歩いて5-10分で好立地なのですが、私は地上まで続くエスカレーターやエレベーターを見つけることができませんでした。大きなスーツケースをもってホテルへ行く方はちょっと苦労しそうです。

セントラルに近いところと思い探したホテルで初めての滞在でした。この辺りはごちゃごちゃしていてわかりにくく、エアオートエクスプレスの香港駅からホテルの近くまではシャトルバスがあるのですが、迷ってしまいました。それでも大きなキャリーを持っていると階段があって大変とかは全くなかったです。町並みは薄汚く少し不安でしたが、ホテルは清潔感があり快適でした。客室は広く浴室も広くバスタブもゆったりでした。シャワーの勢いはあまりなく、手洗いなどできるボールはありましたが、シャンプーボールとしては使用できないタイプです。受付スタッフはどの方も大変親切でした。地下鉄のシャンワン駅に近く便利です。私はトラムで移動したので地下鉄に乗る必要もなかったですが。あたりには下町感のあるユニークなショップがたくさんあります。

全体的にとても満足

香港にしては部屋が広く、バスタブと洗い場もあり快適だった。冷蔵庫のミニバーは無料、無料で使用できる携帯もあり。掃除が行き届いていないとのクチコミがあったが、私たちの部屋は全く問題なし。とにかく場所が便利。フロントスタッフもとても感じがよかった。朝食会場は小さいが最低限のものは充分揃っている。スタッフのおばさんもとても親切で、頑張っていた。ただ五つ星などではないのでホテルを楽しみたい人には向いていない。この価格なら、狭くて高い香港のホテルにしてはとてもいいと思う。
