ガーデン側を予約しました。ちょつとだけ、海側も見えて良かったです。チェックインも早めの12時に行ったのですが、普通に部屋に案内してもらえました。駅からホテルまで歩道で直結していたので、歩きやすかったです。

コスパは良いホテル！

部屋からの景色が中庭だったためか、リラックス感が無かった。テレビも日本語放送が無いので残念。ただ部屋はスタイリッシュで広さもそこそこあり、ビジネスで滞在するには十分。ロケーションも便利でとても良い。レストランが高いのが残念。次回の香港でも宿泊予定。

大変満足です。

総合的には大変満足出来ました。セーフボックスが開かなくなった時も、セキュリティの方に迅速に対応していただきました。(荷物の入れ過ぎが原因でした…) また、3階にあるMatsubishiという鉄板焼きのレストランは、料理も接客もとても良かったです。ひとつあげるとすれば、部屋のエアコンの温度調節がうまく出来なかった事くらいです。

当ホテルのみならず、香港全体としてトイレの洗浄水の整備が必要だと感じました。あと、便座が暖かくなる機能やウォッシュレットもありませんでした。これから更に顧客を獲得するには、トイレの整備が急務だと思います。

おいしい朝食ビュッフェ。コンベンションセンターへの屋内アクセス。滞在中に必要になった物の貸し出し。素晴らしい対応だった。クロークに預けたものを出してもらうときに私のもの以外も渡されたことは残念。当然私はそれを返したが、私が悪人だったら持ち帰っただろう。自分の荷物が同じような管理をされていた可能性を考えると怖い。ケーブルTVに日本語チャンネルがない、バスタブはない。しかし、大した問題じゃない。

ハーバービューの部屋ニ部屋予約で泊まりましが、ツインベッドの部屋はバスタブが無く、家内と娘はシティビューに泊まることに後、ハーバービュー側は工事が朝から煩く参りました。ホテルのフロントサービスは、それでも良かった。ソフトは良いけどハードが難ありでした

オーシャンビューの綺麗なホテル。眺めの良い部屋でした。清潔感があり、全体的に建物も綺麗でした。テキパキしたフロント、ベルボーイが荷物を運んでくれるなどサービスも良かったです。香港会議展覧中心に徒歩圏内で便利でした。
