ホテルの建物内は古く感じます。今回7歳の娘と3人で宿泊、ファミリー部屋でもり、値段からも広さなどに問題ありませんでした。空港へのバス停も近く、ホテルの前には香港名物トラム駅もあり便利でした。

良かった点 : 客室の快適度

親子で3泊

空港へのバス停やトラムの駅が近く、便利であった。街全体が夜も安全なようで、大通り沿いのホテルに泊まることで、時間が有効に使えた。シングルベッド2つのお部屋でデスクとテーブルがあり、部屋は広かった。バスルームは古い感じで、シャワーの水がきれいな放射状とはいかなかったが、お湯の温度は安定していた。トイレもきれいだった。朝は部屋でコーヒーを飲む程度、夜は寝るだけだったので、便利さが勝って次回も泊まるかもしれない。

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

1泊1250香港ドルで2泊利用させていただきました。まず、口コミ星評価が高いですが、これはまったく違います。両替換金にも非対応、タクシーもまともに呼ばない、朝食のブュッフェはあまりにも不味い。部屋は古いタイプの中華式ですが、私は今どきのホテルよりも広い為好みの為、正直良い部分はそれだけでした。仕事の出張での利用でしたので、寝泊まりするだけの意味では十分でしたが、あまりにもホテルスタッフの対応も雑で、とても日本円で1泊25000円のホテルとは思えなかったです(物価、為替状況鑑みても)。まぁ、プライベートで行くならここは絶対に利用しません。

コロナ明けで四年ぶりにココに泊まったがフロントスタッフはサービス低下、湿気の多い季節ではあるが室内の壁はベタベタで触るとカビ臭い匂いがしてタオルで拭くと黒ずみました涙フェイスタオルが無かった、引き出し開けると臭かった、枕も布団もカビ臭い、何度も泊まってるが四年前は快適だった、清潔にして欲しい

香港島中心部のホテルで、この料金でちゃんとした広さと、しっかりした造りのホテルは、他に無いと思います。但し、日本人は少なく、日本人向けのサービスは殆どないので、旅慣れたビジネス客や一人旅等にお薦めです。交通は便利で、周りにはコンビニや大衆食堂がいっぱいあります。

以前宿泊した際、アップグレードしてもらえて良い部屋に泊まれたので、今回も利用しました。今回はアップグレードはなかったですが、香港にしては部屋は広めだと思います。施設は老朽化していてあまり綺麗とは言えないです。1万円前後であればまた利用したいとは思います。Tramが通ってますし、周りにコンビニやスーパー、食べる所もあるので便利な場所だとは思います。

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

設備の古さ、時によりスタッフの対応の悪さは否めないが、香港では価格の割に部屋が広い、収納スペースが豊富、ハンドシャワーで湯量や温度設定が申し分無い、冷蔵庫が空で良く冷えるetc.個人的に部屋の快適度のポイントが高い。それと何より一番は立地条件が良い事、最近気に入っているサイインプンで空港バスもトラムも近い。(MTRは少し歩く) 余談になるが、通りを挟んで目の前に有る自家焙煎のNOCcoffeeはお洒落で美味しく、新旧二つの香港を楽しめ気に入っている。部屋に問題が有ったら強く言う事と、部屋に入ったらテーブルやカウンターはウェットティッシュ等でキレイに拭く(いつも汚れが残っている…)と気持ち良く滞在出来ると思う。

Convenient to and from AP

This hotel is my regular hotel in HK for my visit to relatives there. It is very convenient for to and from AP. Bus stop is just crossing the road from the hotel. Many restaurants in this area including for breakfast. Tram and bus stop is just infront of the hotel. Subway station is 10min walk away. Room is clean, but not luxuary. Free bottles of water is no more available. Hotel staff is friendly.

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス

スタッフは愛嬌がなく、特別なサービスをしようという仕事ぶりではない。もう香港はいいかな、と思った。

On the fifth floor, there equipped with the self washing machine, it was very useful.

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス

部屋は落ち着いていて外の騒音に関しては静かだが、隣の音が聞こえることが多く気になる。 bath towelが置かれておらず、シャワー後はフェイスタオルで身体を拭いた。

立地が最高です。タオルはフェイスタオル2枚だけだったので、複数人で宿泊される方はご自分でも持って行かれた方が良いかと。お水はついていませんが、ポット、インスタントコーヒー、ティーバッグはありました。
