Hello,
The house that I propose to you is located in a quiet and secure residence, Sainte Catherine district, 600 meters from the old port.
Ideally located, you can walk to the town centre, to “Butin” beach, or even to the countryside (Chapelle de la Côte de Grace).
Slightly higher, the house offers a view of the Pont de Normandie.
Whether for a weekend or a longer stay, the house is fully equipped and has been completely renovated.
In addition to the secure garage with private parking space, free public parking is located 150 meters away.

Housing :

Ground floor :

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with hob, oven, extractor and dishwasher. Appliances such as microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and under-counter fridge. Complete crockery available, tea towels and table set provided. (Equipment of first necessity on your arrival: coffee capsules, tea and some condiments).

- Living room: Living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs. Large screen TV, Internet available, code on arrival. Dining area with a large table that can accommodate 4 or more people. Small office area.

- The living room opens onto a south-east facing terrace with garden furniture and a high table for outdoor dining.

- Upstairs :
Two bedrooms separated by a corridor, new bedding in each bedroom (sheets installed in each bedroom).
A bedroom with a double bed (140x190),
A bedroom with two single beds (90x200), possibility of putting a duvet for 2 people.

A bathroom with a large shower (towels and bath mats available),

Separate toilets.

My daughter also speaks english for any requests.

Access for travellers: The entire accommodation.

Cleanliness :

Thank you for respecting the premises and life in the condominium.

Also before your departure: remove the sheets from the bedding and place them at the foot of each bed. Take out the garbage cans and put them in the garbage room of the residence (collection by the city every day).

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay in Honfleur. The house is very nice and very well equipped. The parking spot is a great bonus. It is very close to all the shops, restaurants and the habour, which is really just a small walk. Still the house is very quit and the view from the bedroom is beautiful. We had a great time and will surely come back. Wegreegreat time

Property not as advertised, not suitable for pensioners as this is gite not a house as advice there was fourteen steps to the front door, there there was eleven stairs to the bedrooms which one bedroom was very small.we had no garage or bikes which were not available.

Great house and location
We had a wonderful week in Honfleur. The house is a short walk from the centre and has everything you need. The weather was glorious too so there was enough to do and see without needing to go anywhere else.

Ideal property in Honfleur
A lovely little house, full of charm and character, ideally situated a short walk from the centre of town. We much appreciated the secure private parking and the garden. Noelle is an extremely helpful host, who gave us lots of useful information. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or to recommend this property.

Ideale ligging van het appartement. Op loopafstand van het centrum en dichtbij de uitvalswegen om verder Normandie te ontdekken. De host is vriendelijk en reageert snel op vragen. Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor 4 volwassenen. Alles wat je nodig hebt in de keuken is ruim aanwezig. Het appartement is gezellig ingericht.

Confortable et idéalement situé
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison de ville idéalement située un peu à l'écart de la foule d'une des rues les plus animées de la ville mais centre ville (très charmant port) accessible en 5mn à pieds. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres, ainsi que le salon avec coin cuisine, agréables. Les propriétaires sont de bons conseils et à l'écoute, sans être intrusifs. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation si nous étions amenés à séjourner de nouveau à Honfleur.

nice and clean house with all the amenities, the owner was present when we arrived and explained everything to us. we could park the car behind a closed gate and it was a 5-minute walk to Hon Fleur, the view in the garden was very beautiful. in short, really worth going back again

Super séjour dans un nid douillet très bien situé
Petite maison dans une belle résidence au calme et très bien située à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville de Honfleur. Belle vue sur le pont de Normandie. La maison est très confortable, fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue, on s'y est tout de suite sentis bien. Accueil parfait et chaleureux de Noëlle qui nous a donné des bonnes adresses dans la région. Un super séjour dans cette jolie ville, nous recommandons cette location et nous reviendrons !

Family get away
The property was really wonderful and even nicer than the photos. It is really well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a parking space for us to use during the stay and the property is really well located for visiting Hornfleur. Check in and check out was super easy and communication with the owner was great. I would definitely recommend.

Brilliantly located house just 5 mins from centre with advantage of underground parking.
A well located home in a modern block with lovely views of the Pont du Normandie. Only a 5 minute stroll to the tourist bustle of Honfleur. Noelle and Sarah were very helpful before arrival and made our stay a very pleasant one. The photos don’t do the place justice. The private parking is a real bonus (although a tight squeeze if you have a large car.

Quiconque souhaite se remettre d'activités, d'explorations et de visites en Normandie ou de journées à la plage dans les célèbres stations balnéaires trouvera paix et détente dans le jardin, sur le canapé ou dans un endroit agréable pour lire. Une quinzaine en Normandie
Logement agréable et spacieux pour nous deux, légèrement en hauteur pour apprécier Honfleur, juste assez loin de l’hyper centre et sa cohue touristique mais juste assez près pour pouvoir y accéder facilement à pied et profiter pleinement des restaurants, marchés, boutiques, galeries d’arts etc. La place de parking privée pour nous était vraiment un atout. Le logement est aussi une bonne base pour explorer de nombreux autres sites en Normandie. Noëlle nous a très bien accueillis!

Formidable !
D'abord le contact avec Noëlle : formidable du début à la fin ! Noëlle aime sa région, sa ville, son histoire, sa maison et on le ressent dès qu'on arrive. Elle est à la fois discrète et réactive en toutes circonstances. Ensuite la localisation de la maison : formidable car à un pas des commerces, du Vieux Bassin et en même temps au calme absolu. Enfin la maison : formidable tant au niveau de la décoration que des commodités qu'elle offre! On profite d'une copropriété très bien entretenue et d'une maison aux espaces bien pensés ! Noëlle mérite amplement de compter au nombre des hôtes Premium !
