With a surface of 10m² (21m² on the floor), this attic suite with refined decor combines modern comfort and authentic charm. Located in the heart of the historic Sainte-Catherine district, you’ll enjoy an exceptional location, close to restaurants, cafes, and local shops. The city is easy to explore on foot, and free parking options are available within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.

This suite features a high-quality 160x200 cm bed, a TV, a coffee machine, and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. A minibar is available (without included consumption).

Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd and top floor, accessible via a steep spiral staircase typical of the region, making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues.
Dauphin Street is currently closed to traffic. To make your arrival easier, we recommend accessing via République Street.

To ensure your independence, the apartment is equipped with a smart lock, and all necessary information will be provided before your arrival.
Well-behaved pets are welcome, and internet access is included.

Enjoy hassle-free parking by reserving a spacious garage for one vehicle in the city center (available upon request).
We take care of everything: linens, towels, bed-making, toiletries, and cleaning (except for trash removal).
A room service is also available offering breakfast, seafood platters, country boards, etc.
