Surrounded by five acres of beautifully manicured lawn and lush greenery, Inspiration Cove boasts a peaceful, park-like setting. The large back patio and spacious two-tiered deck provide plenty of outdoor space for games, dining, or simply soaking up the fresh air and stunning lake views.

Inside, you'll find a large living and dining room that overlooks the lake, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The updated modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and entertaining needs. A second family room offers a cozy space to curl up with a book or enjoy a glass of wine by the decorative fireplace that adds warmth and charm to the room.

Entertainment options abound with a pool table, bar area, board games, and a selection of books for quiet moments. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the assortment of exercise equipment, allowing you to stay on track while enjoying your vacation.

This single-story home features five bedrooms all on the entry level, including two master suites with beautiful lake views. Inspiration Cove comfortably accommodates families or groups seeking a tranquil lakeside escape.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

Honeoye Lakehouse

Great house and very close to the water. Listing noted a king bed and sleeps 8….there was not a king bed (one queen, 2 dog keys and a twin) and to get 8 in the house, had to use a pullout couch bed. Overall, house was very clean, but had ants in the kitchen which got into the food, etc.
