「We had to modify our trip when we arrived in Vietnam as our daughter fell very sick on the first day. We had no feedback from the hotel, despite the fact that our request was just to postpone our arrival. Customer service was inexistent.」

「The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The Hotel is actually situated in a wet market. The entrance is a about 20 steps up, no elevator. The gym and the swimming pool are in a different location.」
