"The room was roach infested. We were about to get ready for bed and found roaches around midnight. We had to wait until morning to speak with management to get this resolved. It did not get resolved. They stated we have to speak to expedia to have them do something. I reached out a few hours after and they stated the hotel took care of us expedia could do nothing. The services were not provided. "

"Older hotel but well kept and clean. A few areas could use some attention, but overall pleasant. Front desk staff person was very friendly and welcoming. Nice pool, but it was too chilly to use it while we were there."

"The restaurant and dock next door were pretty, as pictured, and there was a gorgeous view out of the room window, but the hotel itself was shady. It was old, dirty, dilapidated, and falling apart. Rusty lights, caulking on the floor, door jambs were rotting out. Four locks on the door, some of which did not work. For $120, I would have expected something a little less ancient. Room did have hardwood floors, and the hotel staff was very nice."

"Breakfast menu was very basic. No hot food. The rooms are connecting and you can hear every bit of conversation and TV sound from the next room. The reception is unattended most of the time. When you dial 0 to call the reception nobody is answering it. The lady who was in the reception was all over the place so we can’t find her all the time. She said she is doing a lot of things. Pool is dirty and not heated as advertised."
