We had an issue with luggage we left with the office. We were told we had until 6:00pm to retrieve, as the office stayed open until that time. We got back at 5:40pm and office was closed and locked. I called after hours number AND NOONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. I had to stand by door until I got lucky and some resident of the building came out and kindly let me in to the hall where I had left our luggage. And door jamb of bathroom came off and bathroom was small and there was mold around the bottom
Moulding. LOTS of stairs to get to our room- be advised that with no elevator, you better not forget anything! Stairs were ok, but the luggage situation was unacceptable!
