Welcome to Gulf Breeze, a three-bedroom and two-bath getaway featuring a tropically landscaped backyard with a private pool just a quick walk from the Gulf of Mexico beaches!

A warm and inviting living space with comfy seating and a TV greets you as you walk up the stairs, radiating island vibes with large windows showing off the beautiful palm trees. The kitchen has culinary essentials, plenty of granite counter space, stainless-steel appliances, island seating, and a formal dining room.

Tucked away on its own level like a private suite, the primary offers great views from the balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Downstairs are two guest bedrooms decorated with vibrant Florida décor, TVs, and they share the hall bath with a shower and tub combination. Plus, the twin bedroom has pool access.

This Florida dream home is near parks and restaurants easily accessible by foot, bike, and by the free AMI trolley.

This home is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies. Due to this homeowner allergy, we are unable to welcome any animals including service and/or emotional support animals.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Good Location

Property was as described and the location was good. We did have to call and request a hairdryer that did not get delivered until the next day but we made it work.

Awesome week!

The property had the completely beach vibe, beautiful colors and cozy. Everything was working according to what some one could expect. I slept in the master bedroom without any problem, since my neighbors and our family were courteous to respect each other and after ten all the noises were properly reduced to let everyone rest. I will definitely recommended to any family. Anna Maria has different option to enjoy the beach without being affected by the red tide. We love Anna Maria Island!

Beware

Paper thin walls. It is like sharing a house with strangers as you can literally hear every single word. Nightmare for us as the other side had teenage girls that never went to sleep and were as loud as they could be. Super rude. Appliances were subpar and washing machine had mold covering the inside. To top it off, a black rat was in the pool. No words and worst rental we’ve had.

nice get away

The place was impeccably clean and tidy. I was happy to see a cart, cooler, and beach chairs in the garage for use. The pool was clean and had a nice temperature. Beds were comfortable. The showers had great pressure and are large. Great layout to the place with master bedroom on the 2nd level and other 2 bedrooms on main level for the kids. The beach is excellent and only a 4 block walk from the front door. Beautiful sunset views. Problems: this is a twin home and the wall between the master bedrooms is thin and we could hear a baby in the other unit during the night-no insulation. If you like to cook, like I do, you'll need to buy all your own spices, cooking oils... This is a kitchen with all the things you'll need to cook a meal, but none of the spices, not even salt/pepper. The grocery store, Public, is a great grocery with everything.

The getaway we were looking for!

We enjoyed this property very much; short walking distance from the beach and a pool in the backyard with great privacy. The house is very well maintained, nicely decorated and equipped with all you can need including some beach gear and pool toys that the kids enjoyed. However, in my opinion it's not worth 5 stars. Why? From the master bedroom (upstairs) you can hear the conversations in the next door "sister house" master bedroom. Basically these are two identical units separated by a wall. To the level of being waken up at night by the snoring noise of the next door resident. Luckily there was 4 of us only and there was a spare room downstairs (with a Queen size bed instead of a King size in the master) so after a couple of days of bad sleep due to the snoring beyond the wall, we decided to move out downstairs. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Lovely place

The place was great! Beautiful and seems brand new. We all loved it! A big flaw was the fact that it is advertised as 2 king size beds and one of the bedrooms was either a full or a queen. That was disappointing. Another thing was that it was not advertised as having a washer and dryer- I packed towels thinking we would not have enough and although it was a nice surprised, I wouldn’t have packed as much if I knew I could have done laundry.. Checking in, No one texted me the code to get in.. I was able to get in since the back door was unlocked. I Later messaged them for code for keys. They’re on top of messaging when it’s time to check out but nothing when it’s was time to check in! Every negative was managements fault not the unit itself. Also, I don’t think it was cleaned that well.. they must rush every check out to clean before next guests arrive..It’s not detailed in between.. also dishwasher was on when I arrived with dishes in it as well as the dryer with towels. Not a big deal but would be nice if it was impeccable..
